I just attended my first virtual Sweaty Betties BJJ class here in Oakland and I loved it!! I learned the fighting stance, and how to fall properly and get up properly. I enjoyed learning the moves and feeling empowered. Now that I found your workout, I will be doing it to get in better shape in general and for the in-person BJJ class when it reopens.
