Loved the suggestion about changing the word discipline to devoted! And her saying, “this moment is not your life, this is a moment in your life.” Intentionally changing our perspective about being uncomfortable in times of transition is so necessary. And chile number 4 hit me lick a ton of bricks! For the past two years my industry (tv & film) has been super slow and instead of giving 110% to the new opportunities that have been presenting themselves as a vegan chef/content creator I can’t help but ruminate over waiting for things to go back to “normal” in Hollywood 🙃 And don’t get me started on fantasizing about healing lol. I have all of the books and I used to love collecting all of the materials needed to heal. These days I’ve been focusing on taking action and getting out of my own head. Realising perfection and just doing what needs to be done to truly shift into who I know I want to be. I’ve come to realize that overthinking and constantly plotting/planning is also a sneaky form of self sabatoge.
i lovedddddd the 'this is a moment in your life' part as well!! i feel like i found my tribe! it really makes you take a moment to just think for a second and to see things from what it is versus such a huge emotional space when we’re deep in our feelings. It makes being okay with being uncomfortable a lot easier. Like okay, this too shall pass! i totally understand wanting things to go back to normal in the tv and film industry. it would be a relief in so many different ways! but i love that you’re open to the invitation of pivoting and thinking wait, maybe cooking more vegan recipes showing people how to eat more plant-based friendly. i think that’s such a great idea!! a gentle reminder that nobody is going to do it like you do it and that’s really all the edge you need to find your tribe. there are people so eagerly waiting to find someone they can connect with while they transition into being vegan. yessss to procrastinating, waiting for the right time, and just wanting things to be perfect to start is such a soft form of self sabotage!! i cannot agree more!! thank you so much for this comment. it lit me up in more ways than one and cheers to us taking more action in this season!!
@ Yes ma’am! Keep being authentically you and those who are supposed to feel you will. The community you’re building feels like a holistic support group for creatives, entrepreneurs and anyone else looking to be their best selves. And thank you so much for that reminder, I receive that! We got this and I truly believe that one day all of the twists and turns along our journeys will make sense and be worth it! Even openly talking about and recognizing how we have sabotaged ourselves is a step in the right direction and I know a shift and new level of growth is on the horizon 🙏🏾❤️
From how you read I know you have healed a lot of what you went through, it's a continuous long process but I am so proud of you and my biggest takeaway is that only by keeping action will we know what's actually gonna happen next. Trik here is reacting in the most healthy way possible when bad things happen. GO DO THAT THING YOU KEEK POSTPONING!!! STEP BY STEP, I'm spreading loving and calm vibes to whoever reads this and you Arielle, I get so excited whenever you post a new yt!!!

I just discovered your channel from the How to Move to Mexico video. I love your energy. I am from Brooklyn and now live in South Carolina. I’m feeling that “move overseas” energy right now. Actually, I’ve been feeling that for a while so your Mexico video was on point. Anyway, I just subscribed because I love your energy and what you are trying to teach. I look forward to learning more from you and getting to know more about you. Keep up the positivity. ✌🏾
