Aside from sharing insanely amazing blueprints for free, I also love you add caption to your video. It’s really help non-native English speaker like me understanding better!
Nice to hear that some extra work paying off xD Although hardware doing heavy lifting on that one, I am just checking weak spots with bizarre naming conventions for the most part. But still miles better than free google stuff!
Man you killing me... I just finished calculating my supercomp factory and placed the foundations and here we go... Was not expecting that one for at least couple weeks) And big love for the first 2 columns, they are perfect!
When I am exited I can work quite fast ;-) I have postponed like 3 other videos in production to make this modular storage megaproject. I definitely doing 2 more modules and this is at least another 20 min video. Making all weapon types in one factory was my long time ambition and now it found its place xD
All your designs are amazing, nice work! keep it up! I not much in the to much packed factories that i cant walk around it but i love love love your exterior designs and I get your blueprints just for that. o/
Hello Yakez, Thank you again for this amazing blueprint. I am really loving the use of your blueprints. Can you perhaps make a list of all the alternates that are needed? So I can check if I have them available before building? I would not like to place my buildings and not have the correct alternates in my list. Again thank you so much for this one! I really love it.
im so yealous... at the moment im struggling by doing simple production layouts without blueprints. Main problem or start problem is always calculating input and output :D may i ask what your using for the creation of your schematics? i think this could help me calculationg inputs and also avoiding the belt chaos i mostly create.
satisfactorytools dot com and big physical calculator is my goto tools these days. Website was updated recently for update 8. I just got used to UI and it is more compact when you are making monster factories, also you can pile up schematics when you plan several stages, my only gripe is inability to save shape. Also this project stand on shoulders of several month of blueprint factory experimentation. So Rome was not build in a day xP My first blueprint Reinforced Iron Plate factory was absolute mess taking up twice the required space and making all the thing very inconvenient.
I just can imagine if vanilla BP designer was 5x5 or 6x6... Then probably everyone would be doing BP factories... although then making BP factories with interior would have been easier.
Gosh, this build is more than crazy - awesome! Just one question: How do you manage to get single letters on square signs? Is this a mod? Or am I just not far enough in the game? Thx in advance (and keep up the good work in making me look like an infant playing with his Duplo stones ;) )
It is vanilla portrait 1x2m signs. There is layout option in the sign setting to use it without item pictures, with text only. And there is layout consisting out of huge number instead of small text. Obviously you can just type any letter instead.

Your work here is amazing. I've been tackling this in terms of small replaceable modules. I've tried larger all-encompassing factories, but my head gets real confused with what products are getting moved where and how to place the machines. I'm also only at T6 right now, and just started dealing with liquids. What a pain. Anyways, if I can make small, simple modules, it allows me to connect them together with external risers, and add more capacity just by blapping down another copy, or to improve efficiency once I discover new recipes and replacing the entire module.
Indeed. I found my main issue with bigger factories, that eventually they just get to big. You always try to predict next step in production chain and grow the plan of the factory exponentially until the point when you just lose yourself during construction xD Blueprints are a nice change of that paradigm!
I just made by own Fuel producing box, simple 1 250% refinary with 2 blender, 75 crude to 200 fuel after watching and using the Iron Encabulator of yours
Nice! Every time I want to make more compact fuel or rubber/plastic I just look on 250% 100MW refinery power consumption and go back to my older versions xD 250% refineries are painful >.

1.0 had bunch of changes to clipping, especially to assemblers. If nudge tool with H and CTRL does not work... well there is no fix atm. Well aside uploading print to 5x5 designer and extending exterior.
Have the same problem with it. Also Module A level 4 doesn't align properly. Fortunately Nudge mode has solved the problem. There are a few power connections missed (4 in the 1st module level 1) and so on but all in all these blueprints are awesome. Thank you.
When you export blueprints from other saves they circumvent any requirements from awesome shop, alternative recipes or even machinery unlocks. They would just plop if you have materials. A bit exploity in nature by the design. Usually by the point when I unlock Blueprint designer in the progression I already have majority of shop unlocked so I always act on basis of having easy access to everything. But this is just the way I play. On hardrive front it is pure exploit, but I have done full hardrive hunt like 3 times in last 4 years and no longer see it as a part of gameplay.

nudge mode with button H in blueprint placement mode with R key should get you covered
