It may sound a little extraordinary but i have been spiritually guided from a very young age (I am now 52) and yet, I have not fully lived in my power and alignment to the innate truth within my being. Hi Caroline I love your teachings. I have come to the comments section after listening to you speaking about giving your power away. I am now 51 years old and back in my 30s I was told I have a long lost twin sister who had been adopted at birth only to find her I had thought in my late 30s, I then consulted numerous psychics who told me I was correct to believe this truth, however unfortunately nothing ever came of it. And I haven't felt the same since, What I mean is discovering her made me feel so good and so powerful yet since giving up on my dream and goals to meet up with her I feel like I have given my power away so I can only pray now that I was not wrong to believe this and hope that one day we will meet up in this lifetime. I sincerely appreciate your talk today. I understand the relationship of recent autoimmune illness with the shift in the energetic field. I’m I student of consciousness rising for 50 yrs yet am also aware that for many of those years there were periods of semiconsciousnessso now, there are many reminders to be of being and I’m so grateful. Prior to manmade nuclear energy production for the ultra Industrial Age this world reveled in connection with abundant energy practices; I believe mostly in the form of medicine people and the humans that interacted with them. Think back to the early 1900’s when Indian yogis we’re coming to America. People flocked to their teachings. Im struggling to put words to express the gratitude I feel every time I listen to you speak Carolyn. There is always wisdom, light, and direction that comes through for me and I’m certain for so many fortunate souls listening to you now, into our lives ahead , and hearing experiences from life journeys. Oh Caroline. I do wish you could see my face. I am in awe of this message. I don't want to go on forever but I recently had a moment where I was shaken awake and realized that I had to move to a higher level of consciousness if I was to truly evolve in my life. I'm ascending in many areas of my life right now that would falter if I brought my old thinking and my old self along. To be successful in this new realm, I needed supernatural/spiritual help, wisdom, guidance, tools and behaviors else all my hard work to get here would go to ruin. I quickly began to realize that God had now required a higher standard for me. This meant new rules, a new code...way to live, treat others, talk to myself, treat myself. A certain amount of gentleness in order to truly be strong. I have a ways to go but meditating regularly has helped. I pray the CRAZY prayers you suggest and am amazed at how quickly the Universe rushes in, nearly vertical timing, with an answer or a new opportunity to experience love, joy, and grace. It is not easier because under these new rules I am not permitted to react hastily, dig into jealous, bitter or resentful thoughts. Now, when this happens, I can feel the downshift in my energy nearly immediately and I start to pray, "stay close to my God." I get signs that he is near constantly and ask him to keep them coming. This new level of awareness is so powerful. Thank you for being such a tremendous teacher. All of your videos are exquisite and have been a premiere source for me in this journey.

I had the same experience with organized religion...something is wrong...and all I wanted was the truth.I had to leave everything and go on my own quest that I am aware will be a lifelong journey.I don't regret this although it can feel lonely at times but it is what it is. In other words I get what you are saying and thank you!! Also, I feel something amazing being born from this crazy,amazing road I've been on and I'm excited! I know I'm supposed to be a helper.

The last part of your talk seemed to hold the key point. When you said, "We are born knowing that we are accountable for our power... and to participate in co-creation is a profound and sacred contract. The more we become conscious, the more the universe, steps in...to assist us in ways that are unimaginable to the ordinary mind." I described myself like a Nun without Catholic. Which only means that I leave a space open for a partner relationship that may show up. Maybe, not so much on the Nun part either LOL. You helped me become sovereign. In 2001 I became a Reiki student. While preparing the table for the first session I heard "7". It was very angelic and like she was giving me something. The person on the table did not hear it. I thought it was her. Now I know the value of number 7. Then I had two experiences of "medical intuitiveness" I saw/heard the word "metal" suddenly when my eyes drew attention to my friends lower back...for 2 days she was in pain, I asked her if it was like labor pains. Cause I had some experience with that. I assured her it was painful. Finally, on the 3rd day, she went to the doc and it turned out to be her "copper IUD" had DISLODGED and was BIRTHING it's way out...Then I started having OBE's healing people. I cannot be married, I would not want that person having to "deal" with me and as I type this I know what made me weak and powerless. It was my mom. She was the bully. When she was pregnant after me she would tease me and tell me I was not going to be the baby anymore...I was ok with that. It was the part that she would tell me in front of people so that eventually I broke down in tears. I could see her getting ready to do that. It broke my heart. Later I discovered that I was an affair baby. So she had issues! cause the guy left and she had to go back to the dad that raised me and loved me more than if he had been my birth father. I found out when I was 18 going off to college...man I'm almost 65 and I have lived with that pain for 60 years. Bruises of the heart are hard to heal. I am glad I wrote this and had a good cry Thank you, Caroline Myss for all your teachings for all the lectures from the heart, your valued books. For bringing attention to where we are now and outlining the shifts the way you did. What ever is going on on the outside is not what is going on in the inside...

I truly appreciate your words and your wisdom. There's just one major missing ingredient, and that is where we put our hand in God's and say, "please lead me". I've done that all my life and I can attest to His faithfulness, provision and grace that makes life so sweet. The burden is not on me to figure this out, but in my ability to trust Him. He knows the end from the beginning, he loves me and has a beautiful plan for my life. Jeremiah 29:11 says, "I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord. Plans to prosper you and not to harm you. Plans to give you hope and a future."

It is not easier because under these new rules I am not permitted to react hastily, dig into jealous, bitter or resentful thoughts. Now, when this happens, I can feel the downshift in my energy nearly immediately and I start to pray, "stay close to my God." I get signs that he is near constantly and ask him to keep them coming. This new level of awareness is so powerful. Thank you for being such a tremendous teacher. All of your videos are exquisite and have been a premiere source for me in this journey.

I had the same experience with organized religion...something is wrong...and all I wanted was the truth.I had to leave everything and go on my own quest that I am aware will be a lifelong journey.I don't regret this although it can feel lonely at times but it is what it is. In other words I get what you are saying and thank you!! Also, I feel something amazing being born from this crazy,amazing road I've been on and I'm excited! I know I'm supposed to be a helper.

The last part of your talk seemed to hold the key point. When you said, "We are born knowing that we are accountable for our power... and to participate in co-creation is a profound and sacred contract. The more we become conscious, the more the universe, steps in...to assist us in ways that are unimaginable to the ordinary mind." What I took from this talk is that "getting our power back" is as simple as mustering up the willingness to co-create and to have faith in grace and miracles. Is that correct? Julie

I described myself like a Nun without Catholic. Which only means that I leave a space open for a partner relationship that may show up. Maybe, not so much on the Nun part either LOL.
You helped me become sovereign. In 2001 I became a Reiki student. While preparing the table for the first session I heard "7". It was very angelic and like she was giving me something. The person on the table did not hear it. I thought it was her. Now I know the value of number 7.
Then I had two experiences of "medical intuitiveness" I saw/heard the word "metal" suddenly when my eyes drew attention to my friends lower back...for 2 days she was in pain, I asked her if it was like labor pains. Cause I had some experience with that. I assured her it was painful. Finally, on the 3rd day, she went to the doc and it turned out to be her "copper IUD" had DISLODGED and was BIRTHING it's way out...Then I started having OBE's healing people.
I cannot be married, I would not want that person having to "deal" with me and as I type this I know what made me weak and powerless. It was my mom. She was the bully. When she was pregnant after me she would tease me and tell me I was not going to be the baby anymore...I was ok with that. It was the part that she would tell me in front of people so that eventually I broke down in tears. I could see her getting ready to do that. It broke my heart. Later I discovered that I was an affair baby. So she had issues! cause the guy left and she had to go back to the dad that raised me and loved me more than if he had been my birth father. I found out when I was 18 going off to college...man I'm almost 65 and I have lived with that pain for 60 years. Bruises of the heart are hard to heal. I am glad I wrote this and had a good cry

I truly appreciate your words and your wisdom. There's just one major missing ingredient, and that is where we put our hand in God's and say, "please lead me". I've done that all my life and I can attest to His faithfulness, provision and grace that makes life so sweet. The burden is not on me to figure this out, but in my ability to trust Him. He knows the end from the beginning, he loves me and has a beautiful plan for my life. Jeremiah 29:11 says, "I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord. Plans to prosper you and not to harm you. Plans to give you hope and a future."
