I just came across you today Caroline. I’ve watched two of your videos and I want to thank you. I’ve been living alone, isolated for weeks during Covid, and I’ve been considering my life (approaching 50) and I’ve been living a life of exhaustion as a teacher. I am now frightened at the thought of returning to ‘normal’. I have been thinking about making changes, small ones. But to be honest most of them were grounded in ‘woundology’. First, thank you Caroline 🙏❤️ There are many things that resonate with me when I watch your videos. Transformation is indeed, a journey not a destination. I recall reading an article on LinkedIn written by Niels Pflaeging where he refers to change being more like adding milk to coffee. He says that when the milk is poured in, it is this tiny nudge that forms a new pattern. Instantly. And the pattern is altogether different from the original one. And, he adds...the change is permanent, there isn’t a way of returning to the original form of all black coffee. I, personally don’t want to “return to normal.” From the early days of my childhood; I felt as if I was living in a world that I wasn’t made for, but I was inherently gifted with information that even the adults couldn’t relate to...and more and more, these days it seems...I am beginning to resonate with the new energy that is befalling us. Living based on intuition and in the moment is the very thing I know. Planning, predicting, etc. This is all human-made and full of egoic thinking. How do birds know to start mating and building nests out of whatever they can find...and perfectly, intricately so? It’s built into them. Just as it’s built into us, this higher knowledge - if we defer to it. I know for a fact I am a mystic. Always have been. That is why your messages always resonate with me. It doesn’t matter the generational gap. :) I absolutely love that we are getting to “reboot,” and find our way forward. And I thank you again for your messages and efforts to connect with humanity during this time.
Your book is terrific. I too am a medical intuitive. I never knew the name of my gifts until I heard of you. My friend David Norman is your friend also. He is a very special person. There is so much to learn and just through this experience that the entire world is having such a transformation. We're collectively experiencing a Rite Of Passage. For some it is more intense than for others, but a rite of passage nevertheless. These necessarily leave an imprint on our consciousness, and change our life. Transformation is inevitable, in whatever way, and this will stay with us for at least 7 generations.

Caroline, I've been thinking about this whole blame thing, ( in regards to the elderly) and back 35 yrs ago they had designed birth rooms that were large had more than enough room for equipment nurses and doctors and of course, babies. ( I had 3 daughters) and plenty of hospital experiences given that I had watched from my uncle's diagnoses, till he died. So my grandmother died at the fall of some stairs as well. Somehow we got the notion that the elderly got reduced benefits and downsized how care was provided over the years when my uncle was finally dying of his bone cancer, they designed a room for him to die in at his own home, it wasn't ready for him and died in his room. Shortly after he passed away, My mother was diagnosed with 4 brain tumors and lung cancer, and she had use of the room they had designed with Walter. She was given to feel as comfortable as possible in her own home and had 4 hours per day nurses aiding us, and her, and helping give care. So we need to get to the point where the decision to design how much comfort we want or don't want the elderly to enter into, because down the road, it will be our turn, and what will our children want for us. Thanks, Caroline. So the topic is transformation, how do we transform better of care for the elderly.
I have been streaming daily mass since the beginning of Lent. Praying rosary has also been part of my daily prayers for many years now. This brings me so much peace and I know that this also helps the entire world.

You know, I had a moment, maybe the better of a week this recent year, when certain psychic gifts began to emerge ( in tandem with so many others ), where I thought that what I had once believed was that wiggle-room of "co-creation" was actually simply an abstract form of precognitive channeling. And yet, I began to recognize that there is certainly room for both, and more besides. Thank you for being a light!
Dearest all of us, time in the deepest of regeneration, nature, has indeed uplifted my beingness in all that we connect to. I don't have to schedule my crazy time, it comes naturally. Listening to your words is what makes me rethink my crazy. The journey of transformation is essential to our evolution and for the upcoming revolution.
As an Indian, I grew up doing what we call as " Mantra Jaap" or prayers. That have ' Vibrational Energy' for varied aspects. Health, love, knowledge etc Of course, as a child, it was just a prayer. However, being a " precocious Miss Curious" who forever asked questions. I learnt about Energy Medicine as being part of the ' Healing Modalities'. And how each of these Mantra Jaap/ repeated prayers, were all about various healing vibrations. As an example , two letters OM, when spoken in a certain set & manner( synchronized with our breath) can change the neurochemistry & facilitate improved immunity as healing occurs at the cellular level. An such healing prayers exist across religions & ethnicities. With Quantum physics, these vibrational energy medicine can not just impact a lone individual's healing but it impacts positively others. That includes not just human being but across all living organisms. Thus,while praying, healing or tansformation is not limited to one person only. It transforms everything & everyone often subtly.

As an Indian, I grew up doing what we call as " Mantra Jaap" or prayers. That have ' Vibrational Energy' for varied aspects. Health, love, knowledge etc
Of course, as a child, it was just a prayer. However, being a " precocious Miss Curious" who forever asked questions. I learnt about Energy Medicine as being part of the ' Healing Modalities'. And how each of these Mantra Jaap/ repeated prayers, were all about various healing vibrations.
As an example , two letters OM, when spoken in a certain set & manner( synchronized with our breath) can change the neurochemistry & facilitate improved immunity as healing occurs at the cellular level.
An such healing prayers exist across religions & ethnicities. With Quantum physics, these vibrational energy medicine can not just impact a lone individual's healing but it impacts positively others. That includes not just human being but across all living organisms.
Thus,while praying, healing or tansformation is not limited to one person only. It transforms everything & everyone often subtly.
