Beautiful restoration and leatherwork. I would be proud to wear any of those around
Thanks !!! Thanks for watching !!!
Very interesting set of knives. Leather work is impressive. No retention straps? Are they a super tight fit?
Thanks for watching the video !!! I make a pattern for every knife so I can cut the sheaths tighter . Thanks again for taking the time to watch our channel . Thanks Dave AAW
Links do not work unfortunately and I'd like to follow your etsy for future knife and sheath sales so if you could post the link here in comments I would greatly appreciate it thanks...
Thanks for watching the video . The video links have been updated and should work now . Thanks again

that marbles knife is the expert not the woodcraft. the woodcraft has a wider more swept back blade and the handle is shorter. nice leather work.
Thanks for watching !!! Thanks for the compliment on the leather . This knife is to small to be the Expert , it was marked as a Woodcraft when we bought it but we were questioning that from the start . It sat in the project pile waiting its turn for awhile , we had more discussion about this knife that any of the hundreds of knives we have had in the past . It is most likely a Sport if is not a Woodcraft . This video is from 2020 , we could not decide which model it was so we just went with Woodcraft because that was what it was marked . Thanks again for watching , and Thanks for contributing too the discussion . Thanks Dave AAW
@@AppalachianAxeworks yep it would be the sport then. i had a chuckle at you mention of all the discussion trying to figure out the model. I've got a buddy that collects marbles knives and until he got prints of old catalogs and advertising we had a lot of discussion about what was what and even then it could be confusing because some models changed slightly over the years as did the names. take care
@@AppalachianAxeworks One of the smaller handled Marbles knives actually got tagged as the official Girl Scouts knife for a while. It's a fact that the Woodcraft model was the official Boy Scouts knife for some years. Maybe the one being discussed here. I'm off to re-read a collectors article on Marbles. They are very interesting.
