Thanks for watching !!! We use it on all of our wood handled tools and we don't have any issue with it being slippery .

Thanks for watching !!! I don't have details of the paint , I have never been able to nail down confirmed info on it . The early version of the Red paint was very sturdy and held up well , the paint on the later version seems to be thinner and not as sturdy . The paint on the yellow version 65-67 was very thin and not as sturdy . My guess would be that the early red paint was high quality dipped and baked and the later version were dipped with a lower quality paint and not baked . Bridgeport changed hands sometime in 1964 and would possibly explain why the paint quality dropped off in 1965 . Thanks again for checking out the channel . Dave AAW

www.buyroughryder.com,they claim they have it in stock but I don't know anything about them so not sure if they are reputable or not , I would say your best bet might be Ebay just keep an eye out , see a bunch of trappers and half hawks , I had 2 of them but a couple of my buddies locally wanted them after they saw the video , I will keep an eye out if any come back in stock I will pass it along @@carolinabarbershop
