As a long time la ticket broker I can tell at that time 3 teams in so cal you better be winning or play top poplar teams to sell out also wasn't 87 a partial strike season
Because it's fucking L.A., schmuck..they're about as fickle of fans as they come. Not to mention as casual. They love you when you're winning, hate you when you're losing, and once they show up, it's like they're there not so much to support the team, but to be seen on national television..
Most people would remember Kevin Greene as a outstanding football player then as a wrestler in WCW.
One of my favorite Saints seasons
And the favorite Saints season was with them winning the Super Bowl.
I agree with both posters.
Thanks!
Charles White is not Eric Dickerson. Pretty obvious.
Why such poor attendance? The Rams were only two years removed from a trip to the NFC Championship Game.

Nobody wants to see the Saints.
@@dickjohn2673I believe the strike even if it were for two weeks played a role in it as well the drama with Eric Dickerson wanting a new contract
The Rams, at this point, are a bad team.
They traded Eric Dickerson two weeks before.
The Saints fan base did not then travel beyond Atlanta.
The first of 8 straight Saints wins in Anaheim
Thanks didn't know that.
