I am so confused why some people say gh doesn't do much? I am very hesitant to continue using after hearing this but found it to be the most beneficial thing for myself yet. Very conflicted 😐
Anyone who says real hgh doesn’t do much is an idiot. The same people that say it takes months to see benefit from it. Morons. If it took months it wouldn’t work at all. You get results on a months timeline even WITHOUT taking anything.
@@ATFstein 100% , I had this argument with numerous people. If you get pharmaceutical grade or a legit underground source ( there are a few) you will see results pretty quickly.
My understanding of GH is that it works. GH is not anabolic it doesn’t enlarge muscle, rather it creates new cells, tendon, skin and muscle. It can at high doses enlarge organs like the liver. GH has a short half life, around 4 hours, so taking 2 IU each morning and evening would work well. It needs to be run in longer cycles like 6 month to one year at a time. The new muscle cells can then be acted on by anabolic steroids to promote anabolic enlargement. So GH & steroids work well together.
There was recently a story in the news about the FDA approving a drug for dogs to extend their lifespan by _decreasing_ IGF-1 levels. I'd love to hear your thoughts on this and if the same effect is applicable in humans.
@nmcmatic Yeah that's what I thought for a long time too. But endocrinology is a very advanced subject. Bodybuilding with huge amounts of AAS, HGH, IGF peptides, constant food etc etc - it's just not a natural lifestyle in general. That's why you see so many of the wrestlers dying young. They basically destroy their bodies with trying to achieve a certain look & etc. You really gotta stop and think what's this stuff doing to your body 10-15 years down the road.
It is only good if you want maximum athletic performance at the price of a shorter lifespan. I heard about it for the first time about 7 years ago on the Joe Rogan podcast, where the guest of the program said that he lowers the IGF himself unfortunately I don't remember his name
I’ve experienced mk-677 multiple times. It works. I’m afraid it caused my organs to grow, tongue specifically perhaps caused my sleep apnea. Or it’s just a coincidence. Love what it does for my skin.
Mk-677 doesn't give you a supra physiological dose. It's almost the exact same amount your own body would've been putting out before you were ~25. The common concerns with external HGH don't apply, because all it's doing is "tricking" your body into producing only what it was physical capable of when you were at your prime. They're two entirely different animals, and the concerns of external HGH don't really apply to peptides or secretagogues.
@@RevShifty I completely agree with this in theory but my experience is that it’s really pushing your body to make it. To your point, I took hcg for 7 months & test was 700 my max physical amount.
@@sanglapops7742 nothing, it just can help with healing, regeneration of collagen, burning fat. I combine it: for 6 winter months supplement with collagen protein, & use Retin-A on my face so that my skin rejuvenates during low sun months. It’s not massively useful tbh.
@@bryanutility9609 Oh, it can be a hard push, no doubt. And growth hormone was a large part of what helped you grow up from an infant to whatever size you are now, so even natural amounts can be powerful stuff. I just mean that the biggest concerns wouldn't be HGH gut or organs growing (I'm still not sure that's not an old wives tale at this point), it would be speeding up the growth of any tumors or the like you may have. There is a cost to pay for everything. Even keeping your pituitary pumping out natural but still exceptionally large amounts (from a biological and aging perspective) of growth hormone. If you have a tumor or a cyst developing that you don't know about, it's going to grow much faster as well. So the concerns are much less about organ growth, and more like directly helping bad things grow. I don't really care for any of the secretagogues, really. The appetite mk-677 gives me is exceptionally hard to control, though it does give me some of the best sleep of my life. But it also makes me hold water, which compresses nerves that are already bothering me (the typical complaints about carpal tunnel people on exogenous HGH always talk about, only for me it isn't limited to just carpal tunnel pain). The injectable secretagogues cause less issues for me, personally, but other than possibly "looking younger" they don't seem to do much else for me. I'm old enough to do a cost to benefit equation with all extra supplements these days, and the HGH peptides don't seem worth it to me, personally. They don't give me enough benefits to outweigh their downsides or potential risks.
