APEX FIGHT NIGHT 1 - Noah Philpott Vs Trevor Michalski

Heading into this match we knew fans were in for a treat! With Trevor Michalski representing the legendary X Muay Thai Gym, taking on Noah “One Shot” Philpott out of Union Combat Academy, there was no denying beautiful violence was about to ensue.
From the opening bell both fighters met in the middle. War immediately began as they were throwing haymakers from all angles. Switching up levels between the hands and kicks to the legs and body they hurl ferocious combos at each other. Neither fighter was backing down. However…
As the first round continued, the clash between Trevor’s Muay Thai and Noah’s striking began to sway. Noah, showing a natural prowess in boxing, started putting together vicious combos. Bobbing and weaving, changing levels, Noah broke down his opponent by landing straights flush down the middle and heavy hooks from in the pocket. Trevor, despite the adversity, wasn’t willing to back down.
Meeting back in the middle for the last time, the crowd saw in awe as Noah landed a perfectly timed head kick on Trevor. As clean as it can be, Noah connected with the temple and wrapped right around the ear, sending his opponent to his knees. The ref stepping in, began the 8-count for Trevor. He got back up and stumbled to his corner. Having noticed how wobbly Trevor was, the ref checked on him and after assessing the total damage from the head kick he waved off the fight, leading to Noah to achieve a 1st rd tko in his amateur debut!
