Great recipe, big fan of Luke. Tryed it a couple times, but i havnt been able to find that meat. So i have tryed it with pork butt thinley sliced, once with charcole grill and another with grill pan. Both times its a hit. Thanks Luke

pork butt is a great piece of meat for things like this and also good for korean bbq.
