What an incredible transformation!!! I sure could've done without the bloody antelope bits being splashed into my face 🤮
Have a great weekend everyone! Don't forget to check out the NEW Yard Geek video!!
have a great thanksgiving weekend Mitch!
Hope, you have a wonderful Thanksgiving Day. Enjoy your meal. 😊❤
I am deer Hunter and youtuber
WHY DO YOU ALWAYS CLEAN THE PEDALS AFTER YOU CLEAN THE CARPETS?
You should probably invest in some PPE for situations like this. No use risk risking your health.
For blood messes, find a good peroxide based cleaner. That's what we use in hospital cleaning... so if splashback occurs, at least it's disinfected first. I don't have a recommended product since we used hospital cleaners.. but it's worth looking into for that particular clean up in the future.. plus peroxide is great for getting blood out of any fabric
As a viewer from Europe, I am always amazed at how high mileage vehicles still have pristine alloys when they’re clean. I can just imagine that road driving in Canada just doesn’t consist of so many brake maneuvers and of course Autobahn driving. Wheels always are caked in brake dust that gets burnt in fairly quickly.
Yeah paint supposedly was chipped cause of the dirt roads, yet the wheels looked like new after a rinse😅🤔
@@FreiherrDinkelacker go drive on some gravel roads and see how your wheels look like.
A lot of European cars also have softer brake disc/pad material too which doesn’t help. Aussie, American and Japanese discs and pads normally have abit more sturdiness to them, specifically the discs, allowing them to be machined a couple times before replacing, whereas whenever I was doing brakes on European cars it was always pads AND discs required replacing 🤙🏼
I have ADHD and Thea's videos just suck my ADHD in and keeps my mind occupied so thank you for this 😊
Me too .. have the same thing.
Me to bro
Same
As a hunter/ taxidermist, best way I've found to clean a truck box with ploodin it is to use detergent, water and hydrogen peroxide. Peroxide breaks down the blood. I just put it in a garden sprayer, soak the bed, scrub with sn old broom and rinse, then pressure wash as normal. Driving the truck up on vehicle ramps helps when pressure washing.
What if you were to pre-soak the tub, scrub it by hand, soft rinse with a normal hose and then use the power washer? That way you could avoid getting sprayed with blood and little chunks of fur! Love your videos!
Yeah I was also thinking that less water pressure might actually be helpful at certain times when he was spraying back there
Dude, you’re covering up a murder…
Lol
😆😆😆
Yeah that would be scary
🤣🤣🤣
I'm sure they're gonna be tasty. 😂
WeatherTech floor mats are everything. They have saved me from spills many times over the years and, of course from wet, sloppy winter weather. Definitely worth the investment
Dude in the winter I’ll have pools of water covering those Mats. They’ve definitely saved my truck
The Detail Geek glass cleaner is phenomenal!!!
Watching your videos with no sound while i study helps me focus so much + the length of your videos are perfect before i take a 5 minute break hahaha
this is why i'm glad that the cars i've cleaned yesterday as student intern at the local car shop that offers car cleaning had very minimal messes, only requiring vacuuming the carpet, probably cause it's in quebec where they atleast keep their cars generally clean
for trucks, have you ever considered jacking the front end up ever so slightly, to get a better angle for the water to run off when spraying the box? or to drive the truck up onto ramps? it wouldnt reduce the back spray too much but it would help to make sure the water doesnt pool in the ridges of the box liner
How I clean out my truck bed is I park on a hill. The jack is actually pretty smart but jacks aren’t really there so you can get on the truck. You’d need a jack in the middle then you’d need 2 jacks on both sides of the front to keep the truck from falling when you’re on it
A tip, if you drive in the muddy areas, place a lawn sprinkler under the vehicle for about 30 mins and move it back or forward another 30 mins. This will get a lot of mudd off the underside.
The carpet looked like new!!! I still enjoy watching your videos so very much.
This dude has to be one of the most hardworking people ive seen
Agreed. Plus he has the second channel, yard geek.
I love your work. I can often binge watch. Unfortunately, I can not watch the ones for Hunter's vehicles. I will sit this one out. But I will be back again.
Another fantastic detail from dried on mud to looking showroom ready. One of my favorite portions is the power wash because the fact is the video is sped up it almost looks as if you are dancing when your reflection can be seen.
The unfortunate part was power washing the bed with the blood and fur.
Take care and look forward to the next video.
The detail MAGICIAN strikes again against dirt etc, making Canada clean and beautiful one vehicle at a time
Chipping solution: Have the rocker panels sprayed with "Rhino Guard/3M Chip Guard".
Also works on no carpeted wheel wells, preventing chips and reducing noise from the bed of the truck.
Well.. after 12 hours I truly say.. "Bravo" you have a great weekend as well ❤
Good morning Mitch, the bed of the Silverado was sure worse that I thought it would be. The spraying out the blood and fur was excellent. I can understand why the bug remover was needed. That worked great. The interior was pretty bad, the area under the drivers side beneath the mat was rough. Lots of small stones and debris. I can see why this was 12 hours of work. The cup insert turned out great. Love the Yard Geek videos and am excited that you have so much new videos coming there for us. Thanks for all you do, have a great weekend. 💜
The Silverado truck looks much better transforming from it eliminates washing the blood. The owner would appreciate it. Yippeee! Here it drops temperatures and coming cool soon. Have a great day and a marvelous weekend. 😊
Morning Joel! I sure could've done without the bloody antelope bits being sprayed into my face, but the truck sure turned out good! 😄 Should have another Yard Geek video coming soon! Have a great weekend!
I think my favorite part of detailing is the pre-vac. That and how smooth the paint is after clay, cut, polish, sealant.
Most satisfying account on UA-cam. Well done, man!
Cleaning up this super muddy truck, you certainly made it look like new again. Have a restful weekend.
Another brilliant (and a bit bloody) detail work brother! The transformation shots at the end was 🔥🔥🔥
How good the interior/ chrome parts on the exterior turn out😍
Hey Mitch,
The truck looks good all cleaned up!!!
As Always Amazing!!!❤🥰🤗
Howdy! I know I'm a little late watching this today, but I have a question...what is your opinon on other detailers saying power washing dirt off paint is damaging it. I watch other detailers and they say you should use a prewash spray before powerwashing. I detail my own car, and I was wondering what your opinion on it is.
-Thanks, huge fan!
Your attention to detail is amazing. Every transformation is incredible. I just picked up one of the steamers you have in your link. Can’t wait to try it out
WOW!!!!! What a transformation.
Two grosses in one video... extra special 😊
And I have to say I was surprised that the Lilly brush didn't make an appearance, given all of the pet hair. I guess that speaks well to the quality of the carpet.
I’m not going to lie, that paint color on that truck is really nice. The carpet came out great. This is one of the first times I’ve seen a truck in good condition! Have a nice weekend everyone!
Have a great weekend Botdog.
Have a good one!
Thanks! Have a great weekend!
Дякую за твої відео. В тебе у випусках завжди дуже занедбані автівки. Але я чомусь гадаю, що не всі люди вашої країни так зневажливо ставляться до своєї техніки. Бажаю здоров'я та наснаги!)
*I love how you paid attention to every little detail in this video. What a commendable job!* 💯💯💯❤❤❤
I really hope a car dealership around you sponsors one of your videos. You have a heck of a portfolio!
Dude I'm with you on those carpeted fenders. As a fellow detailer I've cleaned many of those and they are not easy to clean. I always hated trying to get them clean because it took so long to get all the dirt and grime out of them. Definitely a fan of the plastic ones for sure. But awesome job on this one.
Thank you for helping me sleep. I appreciate it.
That’s a crazy detail 😊
Hey Mitch, have you ever played Power Wash Simulator? I have a feeling you may like it 😂
This channel seems to be pressure wash simulator, isn't it? 😅
That game lowkey is fun when you don’t want to murdered in GTA, or COD. It’s a nice and relaxing game
I'm sure he's itching to simulate his daily job when he's not working.
Every time I am too lazy to clean I watch a video of you and I am energeticed to clean
And make up new words??
Bloody good job, Mitch! 👍
Would you ever consider describing how you came into this line of work? I’ve always been curious.
In Ottawa - turned the heat on last weekend. It's getting chilly at night, but still okay here during the day.
Same. I'm in Kingsville Ontario. Its beautiful during the day, but chilly at night. Had to turn the heat on 2 days ago for night time.
very good .so satisfying
Nice guitar solo!!!
Music over video leaves a lot to be desired…. It sucks
I’m ngl my fave videos are during the winter cause you get all the snow/slush stuck to the vehicle and it’s so satisfying when it gets removed 😍
I love Weather Tec my carpet looks brand new still
Holy moly from the before I was like in shock to the after in amazement. Looks great Mitch
Mitch I watched your videos every day and they made me clean my car inside out your videos helped me do a very good job and she looks good as new I clean her almost every day
He was lucky to have gone to you! 😊♥️
Great detail Mitch. And to think I was stressing for the past month. Went to the beach and tracked sand into the car 😱.
Beautiful work as always Mitch! Enjoyed watching this! Thanks!
Maybe he spilled a bloody Mary in the console 😂😂😅
Another Great job Mitch
Wheees mike haven't seen him in awhile
Another masterful job Mitch
I just leased one of these last month and I absolutely love it!
I don't know, call me crazy, but I can't understand how people can be so dirty in their lives. I understand the mud outside, I understand that he lives on a farm, I understand the dirt on the carpet, but I can't understand the old cans, the liquids thrown all over the inside, the potatoes and food thrown away, papers, things thrown randomly... .
I can't understand why instead of putting the empty can in a bag or the leftover potatoes, they throw them everywhere in the vehicle... and the stains on the seats, do they pee and shit on them? I can't find any justification.
By the way, tremendous work. Congratulations!
And WHY would you let SMALL CHILDREN EAT OR DRINK , ANYTHING OTHER THAN WATER into your VEHICLES?!?! 😲 THATS just insane 😳!!!
I would say that the children wouldn’t wait until they come home and want to enjoy their food.
@@555yrty and who's in charges? Parents or kids... that's why our society is soooo messed up... coddled children... 😮💨
People don't care, as an auto mechanic you have to sit in and work in, these types of vehicles daily. To most people, an automobile is just another throw away item, a box on wheels that gets them from point A-to-B.. except it's the third most expensive thing you'll ever pay for. They're fools.
@@ShannonMorey-gx1knGotta say, for the drinks; those smaller kids do need other drinks. Especially if they don’t usually drink water (and get apple juice in a sippy cup* and milk bottles Instead! ) Also they may get hungry if that drive takes more than a hour (or they just wanna eat on the way home) so yea there’s a reason for a few snacks . However cans, and all those other random items - That’s just confusing 🤷♀️
werner makes a work platform. adjustable height. can be connected to another one. you could get roofs and truck boxes without being inside and getting blood on you. can be found at lowes or home depot.
Love your videos been watching for years on all your channels, I do wish you would show more of putting the 303 on all of the trim and interior it’s one of my favorite things to watch
Love the new intro style. Your vids just make me happy to watch. Happy Thanksgiving to you and your loved ones
Winter has been teasing us over here in Northern ohio; it seems like it's going to finally set in, but then it warms up a few days later (not anything close to Summer temps, but a lot warmer than it normally is around this time of year)
You could probably use a drive way pressure washer adapter to do the beds of trucks I have had good success with it
That driver's side footwell... WELL done! :)
Thank you!
awesome job as always!
"Dad can we go Hunting again this month? "
To help with spraying out the box put the front on some stands of some sort to angle the back so it drains out some on its own. Would help. Also, thanks for the answer on the bugs as I just asked that question recently.
Hunting season has started
Gret work as always, good video love this 🤩🙂
Weather tech matts are very easy to clean I love them, I dont get why some ppl hate on their products then say they are slippery, talk about nit picking bc they are not slippery, just a matter of wht treatment u use tht can cause matts to be slippery.
Great to see you with your guitar .❤❤
Great job detail geek 👍🏿
Love the guitar trill! 🎸🎶
@TheDetailGeek do you or have you considered using a dehumidifier in the vehicles you clean to assist in drying the carpet and seats out?
Also when dealing with nasty smokers cars depending on how much wet you get while cleaning you might considered a tyveck suit as you are not just dealing with tar but actually rehydrating nicotine in the stains. If that gets on your skin cause it psoriasis and other problems.
Also if while cleaning that crap and start feeling bad, dizzy, or heart starts racing you might want to quit and get checked out.
Amazing...as usual.
When Mac, from Midwest Magic Cleaning, suggested we subscribe, I admit I was skeptical.
But, your video was amazing and informative. Farm trucks are put through the wringer and you made it look so clean.
I enjoy channel and the result of all your hard work.
Bobby is getting a big workout 💪
Hey Mitch do you always pull the seats out of each detail that you do and what do you do to prevent the air bag lights lights coming on ?
I had carpeted liners on the rear wheel wells and I took them out because they were sagging from the weight of the snow etc
I wonder why there were all those lentils in the car. And by the way, I was already able to use one of your hints for my own use. While I haven't got a car my home certainly has got windows, and the wafer towels (they're available at my local drug store) proved VERY useful. Thanks for the tip!
Yeah, kind of wish I’d had breakfast before watching this video, not sure I want anything now. That bed was seriously gross. But it had to be done and you did your usual great job on this truck. I do wish customers would remove their garbage, at least the big stuff. It would save you a lot of time. Thanks for getting Friday off to a great start!
Me too
Keep rising shining star 🌟
First thing I do is after trash removal … all nasty floor Matts and rubber liners cup holders go in a wash tub of warm water mix of tide and oxy clean. And any other removable kick panels step plates
I got a question: how many sets of nitrile gloves do you go through in a typical detail? When I clean my truck, it seems like I go through a ton of gloves
The truck looks great!!
The carpeted wheel arches are not only for noise suppression but spray suppression also. Where you reside, that must be a safety feature. I know all the heavy trucks have them to reduce spray and that is a legal requirement in some places
I would like to just recommend that you could use the clear plastic shield for your face as you power washing the nasty stuff of the truck that would help you a lot not to get anything on your face wonderful job you’re doing as usual
your soundtrack is so relaxing
Looks like it just rolled outta the showroom! Great work as always! Have a fantastic weekend!!!
Thanks! You too!
I got confused about antelope hunting in Canada, but it sounds like they have a Pronghorn that it’s referred to as an antelope.
They are called pronghorn antelope in Canada, but are not actual antelope. Often just shortened to antelope.
Hello there Mitch. It is always a pleasure seeing you and watch you do your awesome 💯😎 job. I really admire your hard work 💪👍 and your dedication because it is very outstanding. I hope and pray that the good Lord always bless you and keep you safe and healthy where ever you go 😊🎉
Beautiful truck great shine
Use your shop vacuum on Ute trays to pick up the chunks of debris. Then your carpet extractor with some APC and a crevice tool for the rest. You'll never get it over your face again.
I don't know how else you would do it if it had a canopy...
Your videos are always a treat Mitch 👍
Glad you like them!
Haha, not one bit of water beading during your pre-wash rinse! It was def time to clean it up! Looks great!!!!
Hey mate, I've been watching for years. Just had a thought while watching you do the box, and im curious, would it be easier if you put these types of cars/utes on ramps to help drain the water and muck quicker and make it so the water doesnt pool back so easily? Cheers mate 👍
Another Epic detail thank you
Beautiful job 👏 👌 🙌 👍 on the filthy truck, looks showroom new again 😀 ✨️👀💓💪👏🙌👏
A very great job💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
I like how you picked slower music for when you started pressure washing the blood. Respect for the animal that gave its life... is how i took it.❤
Oh wow! The cup holder happens to spill like glue and looks nasty. Finally, you do the effective removal of it. This junk is one of the most popular French fries. I am glad you cleaned well everything and had great satisfaction. Enjoy your day. Have a great weekend! I enjoyed watching your YardGeek video. What a cool! 😊🙌❤️
Hey Cynthia, have a great weekend. I enjoy those Yard Geek videos as well. So much fun.
