Lol, that Cantonese version is actually performed by Hotcha (a girl group) who re-performed the classic Cantonese OP. This version is the 2010 version of Sailor Moon (as Hong Kong reaired Sailor Moon on a channel called J2); the one with Tong bo Yu, Wong Hing Ping and Chow Mai Mun is the 1990s version, which has a more rock and serious melody.
The best version is subjective. It depends on what you grew up with and what country you're from. I grew up in the early 90's in the Philippines so I'm used to hearing the Filipino version. But it doesn't mean that other versions are not good. It's just that our version is what I was used to listening to.
Well said. But I think it's also more like that. 'Cause I'm Austrian, so in my country, we had the german version. But I love the chinese and cantonese language, so I'm hearing very gladly to their versions, even I cannot understand a word from it xD

the Hong Kong version was composed separately by HK musicians, not related to the official Japanese theme song. and the one here is just a remix of the original (much better, imo) version: v=_Z8GFWrVj1g
