Where is this located
Great video, can you give me more info/name of the cabins you stayed at.
Thank you! So we did VROB we don’t do the cabins
Was that a VRBO rental or where can a guy get info on the cabin
It was on Airbnb RUSTIC CABIN ON THE RIVER WITH DOCK but the last time we looked it was closed but check it out. It was hit hard with the hurricane last year. I did message the lady to see if it’s even there. We will see what or if she responds.
If you don't mind me asking, how much was the scallop palace per night? Also how far is it to the bay by your boat?
Hey, so we paid 180 per night, which I think was a little pricey, for the actual place it’s self, but you’re on the main river stretch, and we were about 10 minutes away from the bay. We did book for next year I think about 5 to 8 minutes further down right off the canal so you’re not on the main river stretch and it was 160 but we’ve seen prices go from astronomical $$$ to roughly 200 bucks and it’s just if you can get into them. It seems like these places book up very fast and well in advance.
@@runsinourblood3245 appreciate the info
There isn't rly a size limit that's just what they ask you to do in steinhatchee is let um grow
Thank you
Where did you see that 2" was the limit? I have never heard of that and the FWC site says there is no minimum.
There were multiple signs saying 2” at the boat ramp and sea hag marina. But you are right I can’t find a size limit anywhere on fwc or internet. Lol now I’m going have to look back at pictures and videos for the sign.
There is no size limit per say the 2" is more of a thing to hopefully save them from being over picked and not have enough to reproduce. Plus anything smaller then 2" isn't alot of meat. We ordered some 4" by 4" plexiglass off line and drilled a 2" hole saw if scallop falls thru the hole it goes back in
That’s a great idea and thank you for that info.

We were going to but heard it wasn’t going to be good due to the hurricane messing all the beds up, so we decided to give this year off and come again in 2025.
We went and had a good time the hungry howies is now closed 😢
