When I was involved with my Sprite, I found that it was usually 3 times to assemble and disassemble to get it all correct. There wasn't much information available back in the day. Great videos, mate...

Do your tierod ends hit your rotors?
Mine did
I added split collars to the steering rack

Not the disc. The threaded end did hit the alloy wheels and needed grinding down for clearance.
