You can also get strikes for using some of these words which can lead to you losing your entire channel.
How about you make your own 1hr video before you cry about some words being censored or do some research yourself?

And hot damn, I think Horses creeps me out the most of any song I’ve heard. Hamburger Lady and Slug Bait by Throbbing Gristle are the only ones that might creep me out more.
One of the most disturbing things about Hamburger Lady is that author’s words along the lines of “imagine a giant slab of meat on human legs and having to greet that every night”

another good song that i would consider putting on the list is a song by JPEGMAFIA, its called "i just killed a cop and now i'm horny" the beginning samples both a peaceful slow song from a japanese artist and the famous real life audio of a police officer being shot and killed after pulling a veteran over. its a good song but i wouldn't put it too far down despite it being very unpleasant to hear for most people and actively trying to turn people away.

Constructive criticism here. First off, I loved the edits for the video. It's very smooth and brings the scenes together, making it look professional looking. Second, you done an awesome job behind the research of the topic of the video and organized into a well rounded list that kept me engaged. So good job there. But there are things that you might want to consider for the future. One, you're talking about disturbing content here on UA-cam. You may want to keep it monetize but because of the content it's a tricky hill to climb. Censorship is very important but overdone will make viewers feel distant from your vid. Instead of cutting off the audio or muffling certain words, possibly use a different word to describe it. Like if you don't want to use the word Sexual assault say SA (then put the word on the video itself). Criminal can be changed to a culpable man or a defalcator of the law. Murder can be called dispatch or simply deprive. Also a include trigger warning in the beginning so people know what they're getting into. I can't wait to see what else you put out.
The narrator jumps from song to song so quickly, you can’t really tell when one ends and the next begins. Also, the muffled/captioned parts throw me off. I understand why they do this but it’s off putting.

We discussed Girl with A Basket of Fruit in the Disturbing Albums so I wanted to change it up!
The muffling to escape possible UA-cam fuckery is just about making this stuff unlistenable itself.
This reminds me, if you care for any further entertainment, infamous Ronald Reagan assassin John Hinckley Jr. has a UA-cam channel where he churns out a new acoustic ballad seemingly every day. It's also a fantastic opening act for this video.
I really want to dive in deep into controversial musicians and take a look at their musical efforts exclusively so this is definitely interesting~

surprised mary turner mary turner by xiu xiu wasn't on here. i've only been able to listen to that song once. the lyrics are one of the most horrific things i've ever read. the thing that makes it even worse is that it's a true story.

A song I would add to maybe one of the higher tiers is "Tunic (Song For Karen)" by Sonic Youth from their 1990 album "Goo". It's a tribute song for Karen Carpenter who passed from an eating disorder. It's one of the eeriest and darkest songs I have listened to and maybe more depressing than disturbing. Kim Gordon of the band wrote it and its definitely worth a spot on this iceberg in my opinion.

Honorable Mentions:
Worlock - Skinny Puppy: Came from the 1989 album Rabies as it's most notable songs next to Hexonxonx, Rodent and Tin Omen. One of the most notorious songs from the band that garnered major controversy thanks to the infamous Tipper Gore and PRMC, during the woman and group's rampage of frantic censorship. It also had sampling from serial killer/cult leader Charles Manson's cover of Helter Skelter by The Beatles.
Fix Me Up - KMFDM: Was a part of the German industrial rock band's debut album from 1984 titled Opium. It's distorted instrumentals as the lyrics chant out "Try to fix me up", the bridge includes German spoken before the final chorus as the audio flickers. Since the OG album was rarely sold and nearly got destroyed during a house fire, Sascha Kontesiko worked his hardest to recreate the audio of all ten tracks lost after the home was burnt down, with Opium releasing worldwide in October 2013.
Lacrymosa - Evanescence: Discussed the topic of suicide, akin to how the band in their previous album Fallen had topics related to abuse, the deceased, and false images of celebrities. One of the most somber songs Evanescence has ever done right after My Immortal.
Revolution 9 - The Beatles: A bunch of nonsensical instrumentals as the band constantly said the song's title. Because of how disturbing the track was, especially when reversing the lyrics reading "turn me on, dead man", it played part in the infamous conspiracy theory turned hoax Paul Is Dead. The hoax made people believe that Paul McCartney died in a car accident, which caused him to be replaced by a lookalike, as many of the Beatles' album covers and songs mention 'evidence' to the supposed rumor. Although it was thankfully debunked, as Paul is nowadays one of the band's remaining members after most of them passed away.
Awesome! Stoked that Lil Ugly Mane (Bedwetter) made the list; I'd argue that "Hideous Disfigurements" is his most disturbing though. Check it out! A man sits in his room with a gun, thinking the last thoughts that he thinks he'll ever think. But he shoots himself in the head and somehow survives. The song is narrated from his perspective; he's in shock and horrified when he describes his inability to scream (gurgles) and all of the gory sensations of touching his face (feeling a "meaty flap," profuse blood loss, his teeth broken and up in his head, etc). But what's more disturbing is that he maintains cognizance and is aware of what's happened - he hates and scolds himself for not dying, and he panics because he knows his neighbors heard the shot and have called the police; he stresses because his little sister is coming home from school soon, at 3pm...Definitely one of my faves, albeit difficult to listen to.

Seth was just a miserable human being that really didn’t care who he hurt. Kinda sad to just see him wither away before he finally died. Some people were devastated, but other people were genuinely happy when he died

my brother was in a relatively popular local metal band when he was younger and I never actually heard any of their music but I did find a cassette tape of their demo laying around the house (yes it was that long ago) and I remember one of the tracks was called "R*ped and Killed (but Not in That Order)". I was like twelve so I just put it back

realy dont like the censoring style though, having words go from normal to being muffled suddenly is realy annoying its like you dropped your mic in a lake. just having the audio cut entirely is preferable since the text is on screen anyway.

The Blink-182 song Adam's Song ain't that disturbing it's just sad as fuck
The song was meant to be like a suicide note written by a lonley boy inspired by how a member of the band felt lonley while the others had a SO. It was also inspired by someone who had written to the band about their son who was a fan of the band that committed suicide.
When I first heard of the song I was told it was about a band member committing suicide and that was his suicide note.
Also the reason for the lyrics "remember the time that I spilled the cup of apple juice in the hall" is heartbreaking, when Tom was growing up his parents were in the process of a divorce and once they were fighting in their room and Tom was in the hall listening when the fighting stopped and they opened the door and Tom had run away spilling his apple juice.
Also Brother by Gerard Way is about how his brother Mikey (who was also the bassist in his band my chemical romance) and how due to allegations against him made by ex drummer Bob Bryar he had attempted to kill himself. In m bits you can hear a bit of the call Gerard has with the hospital in the beginning you can hear him sobbing and saying "Where is my baby brother?" "Where is Mikey?" And at the end you can hear the doctor say "He killed himself." This song broke my heart when I heard the story of it and I'm gonna admit that I cried about it for hours

Where did those clips for "I Good Man is Hard to Find" come from? That's wild someone has done a version of the story already. The guys from Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer are doing a version of it. BTW, I would've added "Diane" by Husker Du, based on Diane Edwards whose life was ended by Joseph Donald Ture. He did a lot of terrible things in a short amount of time.

from what i learned in school in music class the song strange fruit is originally about the racism back then and about the disturbing situation where a murder happened, for example: there are 3 strange fruit, they're all black, a crowd of white people hanged them. you can even look it up somewhere on yt i havent watched it in a year or two. a warning tho, the video is disturbing since there was a picture taken of the murder.
I'm actually surprised that Vena Cava by Diamanda Galas wasn't on the list, or Tweedles! by The Residents, Haus Der Leuge by Einstürzende Neubaten or Testicular Manslaughter or Forced-Gender Reassignment by Cattle Decapitation was on here to name a few.
But otherwise, this was a great list! Good stuff.

surprised i didn’t see suicidal thoughts from biggie smalls or anything from mobb deep in the earlier tiers. mobb has some chilling stuff. shook ones is the obvious one, but cradle to the grave and party over have some pretty detailed verses about murder. the one that stuck out to me the most however was hearing the intro to GOD pt 3 for the first time - yeah it’s obviously fake, but they make the act of shooting someone from a window sound pretty convincing tbh.

Another song that I personally think should be on the list is Seasons In The Sun by Terry Jacks, not really a disturbing song, depressing sure but most pop songs in the 1970s were sad, but it's who liked this song that makes it disturbing, the American Serial killer Henry Lee Lucas loved this song, and Henry is a real fucked up dude, I mean he was fucking the bodies after he killed them fucked up, now knowing this story makes that song kinda disturbing

The fact that eminem wrote kim and 97 bonnie and clyde without thinking about the fact that his daughter is going to hear that one day is really disturbing to me. She is literally mentioned by name in Kim and that is her mom he is talking about. It just doesn't sit right with me (not that the song itself isn't disturbing already). the lyrics are so fucked up and I honestly feel bad for kim and hailie for having to hear songs about them like that.
the highest level of the iceberg might fit Northlane's "Alien", it's a wild nu metal ride that's all about the lead singer's abusive relationship with his family
