I usually don’t comment on videos but wow this was so mind blowing. All my life I kept thinking I’m meant to be doing “something” and I felt so hopeless when I couldn’t find that “one thing.” I felt depressed not knowing how I’m gonna live if I don’t even know what I want. But this video made me realize purpose is already in me. It’s who I am, my deep core that simply chooses to live while following my inner flow that allows me to find “life long purpose” in doing little things that I enjoy everyday. So many epiphanies while watching this video. Thank u for this. ❤️

Thank you Dr Shefali. I knew this was a lie when I was 25 years old. I knew back then and when I talked about it to my psychologist and others including my extended family they either said nothing or looked at me like I was crazy. I felt alone and burdened about explaining we have been lied to. Well my 17 year old son knows this already and I never told him about this, he worked it out himself and he knows it's capitalism and he's not concerned because he lives authentically. Since he was 12 years old he reminds me about living in the moment fully. He didn't read about this present moment ever in his life he simply thought that way since childhood. This is the first time I've expressed this about my son. My son does not realise how he as being himself so young and so aware and wise in tune with his inner authentic self without any education from me or books about discovering authentic self, purpose or present moment mindfulness etc he literally did this through his own observation and discovery. It amazes me. I myself am just starting to unfold my purpose. Dr Shefali I love the way you articulate the wisdom and especially the Truth you share to the world. Let your light shine!!! This is perfect timing for the truth to be restored in the world today. I am telling every one and everywhere I go, work, family and workshops I go to even trainings at work. Dear Shefali! How many answers and clear explanations did I get from this video! THANK YOU FOR BEING ON MY WAY 💕 You are right !!! I have known, deep deep inside, all my life ! what is my purpose. To raise my children differently, even when I was a child. To work with children as a teacher, to teach people, especially women how worthy they are to fulfil their dreams (this purpose unfolded in my 30-ies, when I discovered my own worthiness). Right now I am in the same place, dreaming of working in a public school as an English teacher, having an online community of parents/women/men for mutual support, motivation and inspiration. I am trying to feel connected in my present (9-5, corporate) job, feel grateful for working from home, with my three kids around, good salary which makes me feel secure in this uncertain times. Are these fear based reasons to stay in the same place?

What is purpose mean to me? The utilization of my gifts and talents to serve the fulfillment of my soul. If utilizing my gifts and talents serve humanity in itself is expanding my soul's journey in my present mindfulness. But I have yet to find my soul fulfillment so my truth of what my soul wants has not been available to me.
What does purpose mean to me? If I don’t know my purpose somebody else will decide like Go to school, get good grades have a family, settle down, follow the rules or what vishen said brule.. For me.. enlightenment.. And if I didn’t achieve it.. I’ll do it again in my next life. Hope to see you there.. 🙏🏼
