I just installed an LED headlamp in the stock headlight housing. It's the same bulb that's used on many cars and trucks. It seems twice as bright as the stock halogen bulb. I also installed an LED parking light bulb. That's the small bulb to the right of the headlamp. It was probably twice as bright as well. I installed four amber LED bulbs in the turn signals. They seemed three times brighter and were drop in replacements that didn't change the flash rate. I bought all of the LED bulbs on Amazon and they were not expensive. I didn't remove any fairings. I removed a cap screw on each side of the headlight assembly and with a little persuasion, it popped out the front. The user manual describes replacing the bulbs. I also wired heated grips, a dual USB charging port and a hidden Invoxia GPS tracker cable tied behind and above the headlight with a separate USB charger to recharge the GPS tracker while I'm riding. The two accessory power ports from the back of the LCD instrument panel have a weird connector. I bought the mating connectors on eBay. I replaced the three rubber mounts on the headlight mounting bracket with large washers to hard mount the headlight to eliminate the horrible vertical vibration that causes the headlight to flicker. There is no need to shock mount an LED headlight because there is no filament to break.
It may burning extra hot in headlight housing , another reason is alternator is small, I have free charger port all over the bike for charge my gears plus few aux light for night ride.. that’s why I install everything LED for less power consume
Hi goutam the light mainly for show , it a bit brighter then original but since it’s about 6200k color white , I can see a lot more.. I love the way it look through
could you pls expand on how you fixed the connection that has only one cable (red) instead of the 2 that comes with the stock?.. at the beginning of the video
From factory wire there is gray and black with white stripe . Gray = hot Black with white strip = neutral From the light red is hot (running light ) Neutral is internal connected So I only hook up red (light) to gray (factory harness)
Hi, does the round lens at the bottom center also burn by low beam (when the motorcycle engine is started)? Or is this round lens at the bottom center only for the high beam?
Bro.. Need your help. I installed this light DRL not working. Low and High beam is working. I thought I plug the red wire wrongly. I pulled the connector and turn it 180 and plug it back then switch on the motor. Regretted my action. My headlight and rear light now not working. Signal light still working. Did I just pop my fuse or the headlight is damaged? Please advice. Thanks

Sorry for long reply , 3m sticker work great for me ... I got it on and don’t have time to ride about a week , the following weekend went to the trail got mud and water all over and it hold good , no vibration
Hi man! for the DRL did you connect BOTH the GRAY and the BLACK/WHITE cables from the factory BMW connector (all together) to the Red Cable... OR... did you only connect the BMW GRAY cable to the TOPLITE red cable (and did not use the BMW BLACK/WHITE cable)??
@@johnnyducaiti great! Thanks for the help... unfortunatelly there are many sellers that offer this type of single cable (Red) connector which does not always work. BUT, some sellers DO sell the double cable (Red and Black/White complete circuit) connector. Good video 👍🏻 by the way

Nice done! I will try it next week. Thanx! Greetings from the Netherlands.

Hi can you please create a video blog explaining the LED light experience.
Showing, High, low & DRL....

I think you pop the fuses by turn the connector around . if you mess up headlight, tail light should be working
HI yeah, how did you connect the running light wire? Where did you connect it?
From factory wire there is gray and black with white stripe .
Gray = hot
Black with white strip = neutral
From the light red is hot (running light )
Neutral is internal connected
So I only hook up red (light) to gray (factory harness)
Did the 3m sticker and the rubber a good job for vibrating?
