GUYS I DID IT...I BRED FISH FOR THE FIRST TIME IN LIFE ...CHANNA STEWARTIIS(all channa are hard to breed mostly)
Congratulations! 👏👏
Those fish look seriously cool, congratulations on that!
Congrats! that's really cool. They must be very happy to breed for you
Oh hell yea u gonna start selling them?
@@saltlakeangler1900 probably not anytime soon because the parents were themselves juveniles (only 6inches compared to the adult size of 10inch plus)
And so they only have about 30 fry
That im making a new tank for
So that i can see them grow up and everything
After that ill choose like the best quality ones and keep those
And sell the rest
So thats a good 6-8months later
Regarding that first video, I had a Petsmart employee wrestle with three Kuhli Loaches for 5+ minutes, tore up the decorations, muddied up the substrate and water, at one point pinned one to the wall with the net to grab it.. It took a week for those loaches to calm down in my tank.
I got mollies from petco, it took them 5 minutes to catch the poor things and they never settled down again. Every time they even saw the net through the glass, they hid, or darted around. Had one jump out of the tank while i was trying to scoop plant trimmings bc it thought i was going for it.
I really thought my experience with them trying to catch kuhlis was the worst until I heard yours
Why is this a shared experience, I always have petsmart employees that wanna pin them to the side and I thinking the whole time, please don't kill it 😢😢
I’ve probably spent like 180$ all together in my 3tanks 40g 20g 10g facebook marketplace is probably the only place you will get a 40 gallon for 20 dollars
I got 5 of them they couldn't catch them for 10min so I took over, took me like 20min but we got there ngl I had fun playing petshop employee
You gotta pin the fish to the glass and ask the costumer if that was the fish they wanted !! Lol😂
lmaoo
No you gotta grab it by the tail then take it out and ask
Pin half the fish... seen it.
That humble brag "Is it crappy?" tank at 6:46 is the kelp tank at the Monterey Bay Aquarium in California. Twenty-eight feet tall, over 300,000 gallons, active water exchange with the bay...not crappy at all. Possibly my favorite tank in the whole building.
@Christinazable3704 Nice that you recognize it too. 💯👊 💜💜💜💜
300,000 gallons and crappy do not go in the same sentence, unless we talking about a sewage plant xD
@@FishForThought Funnily enough, I used to work at a wastewater treatment plant. The aquarium definitely smells nicer.
I found a really big piece of eucalyptus wood when I was in vermont. So I paid $70 for it and drove 28 hours with it in the passenger seat. With it’s seatbelt on ofc
lmao xD average fishkeeper things
That answers the question I ask sooooo often as an Australian... Is Eucalyptus tank safe? 😂😂😂
I can crab so much euc for free! But never been game putting it in a tank
My local petsmart lets ME fish the fish out. Because they took 30 min to get 3 khuli loaches before i got sick and tired of waiting, asked if i could try, immediately caught 12 more in less then 3 min. Now they just hand me the net and let me catch the fish i want.
This show is my weekly reminder for water change
that works out great
Why am I addicted to fish tank reviews-
Because of how well made the videos are

Chirs is very consistent
There are things in the universe which are unfathomable. Why we like Fish Tank Review is one of them. It is a truth of our amazing universe.
You just like the memes and hobby so when someone makes memes about the hobby and is the only one doing it, you have a very niche audience
The “ I think it’s myocarditis.” Took me out 😂
When I got a few Panda Corys from my tank, it took the employee nearly ten minutes to catch two of them, with two nets. Khuli loaches are also notoriously hard to catch. Bottom Dwellers are built different and have ultra instinct, I swear
yes they all come with ultra instinct haha
QOTW: corys.
I lucked out so far with all my fish purchases, every time got pet shop workers who actually know how to safely catch fish. But there was one funny time 3 years ago when in another pet store I bought my current zebra finches. They were caught with fish nets too. I actually felt sorry for the shopkeeper, cause I asked for the bird who kept outsmarting her.
(I must note, it wasn't the same net they used in the tanks, just the same kind. They have different nets for the fish)
I just got my betta at a well-reputed LFS, the employee was nice but she looked away to answer someone at the exact moment she was pouring him into the bag and scraped him along the raw acrylic box lip 😢 she didn't notice and I just didn't know what to say. He's doing just fine though worry not, probably helps that he has short fins
aw man... Yeah at the end of the day we're all human and mistakes are bound to happenxD
@@FishForThought very true! he's doing wonderfully so all is well, I just thought I'd share that even reputable places and good people have their moments haha
They need you to go to that petsmart to teach them how to handle fish. Its a secret jitsu and you showed mastery of it in your last tank update video.
hahaha glad I have proof
I went to a petsmart and the employee actually knew alot about the plants a was purchasing talking about if they start melting and she talked about the plants breeding and how a couple amazon sword filled multiple of her tanks and when i asked for a java fern she gave me the peice that is about to breed.
yeah there are certainly gems working at petsmart!
As a House plant nerd with way too many plants (about ~200) I really love their incorporation into the tanks!
same! I love houseplants more and more every year, especially the lowest maintenance ones
@@FishForThought Most houseplants are quite low maintenance in my opinion ^^ it's the substrate that makes things complicated/ easy, at least for me. I usually use leca or Pon because it's so much easier to just fill up a reservoir compared to managing soil. Especially because a lot of soil that plants come in isn't suited to the plants needs and semi Hydro is suited for so many plants.

you were absurdly early wow
The first fish in mind was an oscar but probably because that was one of the last fish displayed. Angel fish is probably the next fish that I think of because my mom had a beautiful angel fish tank when I was growing up.
can't go wrong with either! well, actually lots of things can go wrong with an oscar haha
@@FishForThought I’m sure. My mom has actually had both. She loved her Oscars but when she left on a vacation the pet sitter didn’t follow directions and gave the fish the entire weeks food in one day. I’m sure you can guess what happened.
Khuli loach! Just bought two new babies for my currant group of 5. They are so cute!
Also endlers livebearers as well. I'll be moving mine out to the wall pond soon
kuhli loachies are goated in my books
Years ago I went to Petsmart to buy a Pictus Cat. Surprisingly there was 2 healthy specimens and I asked for the bigger one. The employee couldn’t catch the fish for 5 minutes and when he did he pinned the catfish by 1 of its whiskers to get him. What makes matters worse was that ofc the catfish doesn’t like to be handled with nets and it’s spines we’re all cought up in the net followed with another minute of struggling. The guy couldn’t get the net off and ended up calling another employee to get scissors to cut off the whisker. Thankfully the other employee told him to just cut the net stuck to the fish. Went home with a petrified catfish with netting stuck to its face. Last time I bought from Petsmart
Once I got a couple endler hybrids at petsmart. The girl who helped me was a high schooler and she caught a few, but also caught a white cloud mountain minnow. When I asked to swap it for another endler things got bad. When she was trying to get it out of the little container she dropped an endler and LITERALLY CUT IT IN HALF WITH HER LONG ACRYLIC NAILS trying to pick it back up. She even dropped the two halves back in the tank.
I feel for her, because it wasn’t like she was being callous or cruel. She was just a kid who clearly knew she’d messed up and was scared so she was trying to act like nothing happened. She just didn’t know what else to do.
Another one of the fish she netted died in my car on the way home-I happened to look over at them at a stoplight just in time to see one go belly up. I still have one of that batch, though! Unsurprisingly after surviving that meat grinder he is tough as nails and will probably live forever.
🤯
Royal Emperor Tetra, ftw! Also, I had a PetSmart employee in the middle of a slushy salty Minnesota winter, take the fake decorations out of the tank, set them on the dirty floor, catch the fish, bag em up, then proceeded to put the decorations from the floor directly back into the tank… 😅 they still work there and I have seen their fish keeping/catching skills improve though so we all gotta start somewhere.
It's already Monday
At least there's one good thing about this day
can't believe how quickly mondays roll around
@@FishForThought ikr
Honey Gouramis came to mind for the QOTW. Keep it up, cory gang 🤯
they are cute and stay smol
My husband just completed his very first aquascape ever and with a sand waterfall! Came up pretty amazing, he wants me to send you a video of it…I must do that soon 🤔
Love your reviews and great personality too!
hey thx!
I work at a small owned pet store, we have to have animal experience to work there. We have intense training where we have to take a final exam to make sure we are a good fit for the store. We are taught how to properly catch fish so it doesn’t take over 5 minutes.
I've spent like $120 all in.
For 60$ i got two 10 gallons, a 5.5. I started witb the petco aqueon 50% off stuff and got a 2.5 for(shrimp/scud). Spent like 60 on filters, media, plants, substrate and soil. Got gifted some Nclass Endlers to breed in the 2 10s and my 5 is a grow up tank. The 2.5 has my ghost shrimp. I just trade my endlers for ISC now so I don't pay for anything for the fishtanks. But I surely have contracted MTS 😂😅
My LFS just use a very big net to catch a large amount of fish then picked the specific amount using a ladle. Felt like I opened my third eye the first time I witnessed that.
snail parasites are intermitant in snails and require moving to the next species of their type (parasites are indeed species specific) by being consumed. Example, lung worm in dogs requires the dog to consume a type of snail. The majority of parasites start in an insect and only after consuming do they infect the inteded host. A cat eats a flea or certain types of flies, it gets tape worm. So most of these parasites don't infect humans or don't live long if they do becuase they are too species specific, occassionally one does like round worms for example. Occasionally a parasite will migraite in a species it can't survive in and end up in wierd places, the body walls it off and this is what ends up causing damage. Strange places are tissue, eyes, brain and such. Be sure to always cook your pork well, pin worms and tape worms migraite into to pig tissue becuase it doesn't know where else to go as it's not intended for pig species but they get exposed to it so much that this is what is seen happening and the main reason on the advisory to never eat undercooked pork.
QOTW: medaka (aka Japanese rice fish). I've been interested in aquaponics for a while for growing food, but most setups I've seen look like a PVC pipe dystopia. somehow that led into aqua scaping, vivariums and paludariums ...so I still want an aquaponic system in the garden, but now I also want something that'll look good I can see from my desk (but not take up the entire room) so I got into looking at some smaller fish, was thinking of some minnows and shrimp, maybe a male betta but what I've read so far seems 50/50 whether or not the betta will attack the other fish - more research needed. somewhere along the way I came across a YT video by RyoWatanabee talking about rice fish - so now I want those too: got a few other (non-fish) projects going on atm, so happy to be in research mode for now - something this channel esp the good/bad tank reviews have helped a clueless beginner like me with.
Thanks for making my Monday a little bit better. I needed it.
there we go glad to hear it!
Just got my Chain loaches and had a similar experience. I refused to leave without the fish i'd picked and im sure this was aggravating for our employee. After traumatizing the tank for 5 minutes, she ended up suddenly throwing all of the decorations out onto the floor angrily behind her, and struggling for another 5 minutes to catch the loaches. After nearly 40 days, my loaches have calmed down. i wont go back to that petco..
I've been busy with work and all but I always have the heart and the passion in Fish Keeping. I still have my Iridescent Shark Catfish for eight years already back in our hometown. *cheers bro, I am early and it is night time here craving for Jollibee Chickenjoy right now haha
always crave chickenjoy, never have enough!
how big of a tank do u keep da iridescent shark cat in?
The kelp forest at Monterey Bay Aquarium as a 'tank' is hilarous
Where I did bought my fish they don’t put in those kind of decorations, they provide hiding if the breed needed but still they are so gentle with them to reduce stress as low as possible. And I write down the breeds and he asked what kind I had and how they would interact or aren’t a good match with my white Beta. He’s the main character in my tank. I thought my tank was to small but he has plants, rocks, hiding places and still he’s silly. Making foam nests and coming up for feeds. I only had a dark algae and got the treatment for it and he told me to tackle that first before adding new fish. Now it’s over with the algae but will wait a few extra weeks. And my plants went crazy! Have to trim out some. I’m happy to finally have someone that helped me with knowledge without willing to sell. It’s the stores policy, due the fact some stores just sell to sell and getting bad reviews or selling more fish.
hides for shy fish is a great idea!
Fish never fail to include chris in their channel
Just got my first tank (250l/67gal). I'm just collecting enough plants to set it up as a Walstad! I'm so excited!
Giant trevally! I live in Hawaii so we fish for them and can’t keep em in a tank usually but beautiful fish that puts up a great fight.
Qotw: three spined stickleback!
There's a whole school of them in a local ornamental pond and one day I'd love to have a school of them of my own, once I can afford it
For khuli loaches, the trick is to actually have hiding spots in the tank like coconuts, and a bare bottom. And when it's time to fish some out just quickly lift up the hide and give it a big yeet with a large net before they know it.
You cannot fight these guys on equal terms and if you try to tire them out you'll kill them. Taking them by surprise is the only way!
Most schooling fish 2 nets do help, the trick is to have one net standing still and one to lure em in. I just use my bare hand for luring.
oh yeah bare bottom is the way for LFS!
Thanks for the vid again Chris!
thank you!
First fish that come to mind are Silver Cichlids, aka Maskaheros Argenteus. Stunning fish and on my bucket list if I stay in the hobby!
Blacknose dace are actually a species of "riffle dace" (the Rhinichthys genus), specifically. From my understanding, they all tend to be small. They inhabit "riffles", which are those really fast-moving parts in a river where the water is moving down some large rocks.
I honestly only know this because there's a species native to my area in the same genus called the "loach minnow" (don't ask me why it's named that; your guess is as good as mine. It's the only fish in the genus with "loach" in the name instead of "dace"), so I can't really tell you much more than that.
As for the QOTW: Dojo Loach is the first fish to come to mind.
thx for the info!
I have a bamboo shrimp living with 3 fancy Danio, and they are all thriving and happy. Vampire shrimp are also great. I had one for two years, almost three.
awesome!
Qotw Betta fish came to mind for me, though my favorite fish are definitely black skirts, followed by bristlenose plecos and platies
qotw--- Betta baby! They're my favorite.
And happy birthday to the fish tank alien. Tell them I like their work in crop fields too!
hello fish tank reviewer and reviewees-
my planted tank is sparse (i dont have the greenest thumb) but ive just successfully bred rcs' for the first time! the babies were born two weeks earlier than i'd estimated they would be, so i think theyre a little underbaked so to speak, but so far they seem to be thriving against those odds :-)
i unfortunately lost the king betta (affectionally named "fuckass" by my boyfriend, because of his love of uprooting every plant possible in the tank and driving me crazy) that was in the tank before the rcs' but i think i'm happy having a small shrimp army for now
QOTW: The first thing which came to mind wasn't a fish. It was a trilobite, which means the first thing that came to mind is also extinct. I tried again, and this time came up with an Ichthyosaur. It's also not a fish, also extinct, and has the disadvantage that if it were alive, the smallest species would not fit in the biggest aquarium there is. Third time's a charm? Hillstream loaches. I'm obsessed with them so it's odd that they weren't the first thing that came up.
I still want some trilobites. I'll pass on the ichthyosaur though.
Stickleback.
Im currently doing research and collecting info for setting up a native tank for a stickleback. Planning on collecting native plants and collect various insects, possibly even a few small freshwater clams for added life and filtration
Sounds like an awesome setup! Hope it goes well
I remember learning about sticklebacks as a kid and I think they're super underrated since I never really hear about them in ponds or aquariums (plus I just love the name stickleback, sounds fun so fun to say)
These guys live in the canal near me. You can see them through the water, pretty fun to watch them doing their natural thing. My dog used to get so worked up about them, I'd have to put him back on his leash to prevent him from trying to eat the lil guys.
I too have thought of the humble stickleback for a native tank. I need the tank to be huge though
@@FishForThought Exactly. And currently i dont have the space for it.. But when i do!
I would love to see your take on it. Might borrow some ideas if you do :)
Thanks for the content :D
@@garg4531 Exactly. Plus they are just about the smallest fish species in my country. So i would love to give it a qualified try :P
First one that comes to mind? Barracuda 🤷🏻♀️ I swam with a few wild ones in Mexico a couple months ago
@FishforThought 6:45 😂 THAT'S AT THE MONTEREY BAY AQUARIUM IN MONTEREY, CA.
It's on California's Central Coast. I'm born and raised on the central coast, in a nearby city. Seen this part of the aquarium many many times in my life between the multiple times in school and the multiple times so far on field trips with my daughter (6th grade) probably won't be the last 🥴😄 it's a very beautiful aquarium actually though. Love your videos Chris, always appreciate the uploads.
so cool I wanna visit one day
Fish tank reveiw is just what a guy like me needs after a long day at uni.
I work at a LFS, coming up to a year. Catching fish with a net is an art. Couple that with the knowledge you acquire over time and the advice you give, this should be a skilled profession, with the salary match.
Sometime though, fish are just fast and clever, they beat my little human brain lol
with the salary to match, say it louder for the ppl in the back!
6:46 Life Goals, incredible!
ikr!
Mine that came to mind was betta fish
Surprising considering how much I fixate on marine life and deep sea fish
I use a big net to catch all of the fish because the small net is so terrible lmao. I use a silk net too, to protect their fins. I'm not sure if this is the right way to do it, but if I'm having trouble catching the fish, I just take their stuff out and set it aside (or I gently move it to one side of the tank so I can corral them to the open side.) we don't have gravel in our tanks (no idea why). If it's been a busy day, I feel bad so I'll do a small water change and give them some stress coat. Everyone else just goes in gung ho, destroys the set up and it kills the fish. Anyway uhhh I love your videos and they are reigniting my passion for fishkeeping haha. keep it up LOL
Koi fish were the first fish I thought of. I kind of panicked because I wanted it to be a fish I really like but I actually do love koi. They're my current favorite goldfish. ☺️
I work at a pet store and I had to catch Kuhli Loaches for the first time and the guy said I’m the first pet store worker who could actually catch one (he caught the other three) luckily I can easily read and catch other fish with no issues😭
...and especially loaches or so easy to catch. Just keep a couple of catfish caves in their tanks, you can just grab those and pour out as many loaches as you want whenever you want.
I absolutely love getting fish for customers. The secret for fast and sneaky fish is to chase them into a specimen cup with a net 😎 As much as I hate it, I will say that since my district removed the substrate from our fw tanks, getting bottom feeders has become so much easier. I still struggle with pictus catfish (long barbells are too long) and Raphael catfish (they lock in place), so maybe im not all that great lol
can't believe they said 2 nets don't help. It's the same idea chasing them into one another :(((
Murray Cod came to mind. Largest fresh water fish native to Australia
endure guppy hybrids! the petsmart thing is so true esp for small fast fish…. gave me so much anxiety seeing the worker literally whacking the water with the net
QOTW The first fish to come to mind is gourami's. I don't know why as I generally don't keep them but here we are. Have a fantastic week!
when I got my first platy for my new tank the Petsmart employee dropped her onto the little cart thing. He dropped her again after he picked her up with his bare hands. Fish trauma. (she wasn't injured, but still)
Platy is the first fish that came to my mind, probably because I was looking at mine as I started the video.
Red tail catfish that’s the first fish that came to mind for me
sweet fish, big, but awesome
I’m getting ready to set up my pea puffer tank it’s a 75 gallon and I just found a perfect piece of drift wood for it from Petsmart I’ll definitely be uploading it when it’s all done but I got a couple hundred or 4 or 5 to spend on it still 😅😭
I love ❤❤❤❤❤❤this channel it’s always so full of useful information. But I also enjoy your corny jokes because they are actually funny.😂😂😂😂. I like everyone else dont look forward to Mondays😂 😂😂😂😂 there's only one thing I look forward to on Monday though, and it's your videos.
thanks so much!
Now I know why people are always impressed by how I catch fish at my work. They're probably traumatized from watching PetSmart employees 😂
And as someone who's pretty decent at catching fish, you can use one net for some things (guppies will practically swim right in I swear), but 2 nets is usually better if you're catching out of a tank bigger than 10g. I usually use one large net to spook all the fish into going in one direction, and then a smaller net to snag the fish a customer wants out of the group. Some fish are a bit different, and you get used to different behaviors over time.
QOTW: fathead minnows... native to the east coast, sold as feeder fish in every pet store, garden center, bait shop, they're better beginner fish than goldfish! Hardy, no heater, just add plants and water. Works in aquarium or garden pond. Only get about 3" long, breed readily. Comes in wild type and rosy red. Fun to watch.
I love rosy reds. I keep them as a feeder fish and breed them for one of my predator fish
awesome feesh
I go to Petworld, that's one of the pet shops here in South Africa.
There's also other pet shops on the sketchy roads.
ooo icic
If you want crabs, start with borneo crabs. ghost crabs have great temperament and care, but borneo crabs will actually reproduce, and the only thing they really need is a tiny bit of land, and a basic filter. Like, imagine a vampire crab tank, and just reverse the amount of land vs water. And they're prettier than micro crabs. No shade to them, but its true.
QOTW: It is not a fish but a neon red crayfish. I have 3 and picked out the most injured ones from previous fights and enough hiding spots so they wont fight. There was one crayfish that was the most injured with both of his claws gone and 1/4 of his legs gone too. His name is “Chilli” bc he’s red like one. The other two was “Sheldon” and “Flame.”Now you might see isn’t flames orange? Yeah he has a orange tint and a few white dots that was exclusively from the parent’s genes (I asked the employee) and Sheldon nearly lost all his legs (5 missing) but all can still move but Flame is basically missing part of his sniffer (the long strings at the face). I also just received a few fish from my LFS for being the most caring dude for saving the crayfish (flame was not only losing part of the sniffer but all his legs.) 3 rummy noses, 6 endlers and 2 free plants all in the cycled 8 gallon. I get them done all in the morning, water changes and feedings and interaction (crayfish seem to nibble at my finger and grip lightly :3) and the fish keep biting my skin off😂 overall the crayfish have healed and this marks the 2nd month and all three molted at the same time. Sometimes the crayfish play with the sponge filter by playing with the bubbles that come out and the fish seem to school together with no fighting. Kuhli loaches coming soon (2 inches and ordered) in about two weeks, for some reason to help eat leftover foods to the 8 gallon, my crayfish set up was $50 (ripped my budget by $6 more)
hey it's got the word "fish" in its name I guess xD
@@FishForThought XD
go for it chris, thai micro crabs are awesome..if you scared they climbed out just made a lid out of corrugated plastic sheet
As a LFS employee, that petsmart video had me wincing.
1:54 two net logic is real... Especially when you don't have open top and deco in tanks ...
AOTW: Common Goldfosh 😅
As for PetSmart, the last animal I got there was a black nerite racer snail a little over 4 years ago so they didn’t have to fight too hard to get ‘em 😂. I wish I had a LFS besides them & Petco but they’re all we have 🥲.
I struggle every time I get fish. I want to catch them myself. Just last week I had a new girl working in the Pet Supplies I have been going to for the past 5 years not listen to my advice. 1st she was chasing around my RoseLines and it took her forever to catch 3. She started with a small net and then the lights came on and she realized I need a bigger net. So instead of taking her time like I suggested she just chased them around. So then I seen some red ludwigia and it a weighted band holding it down and she tried to tell me it's a potted plant. The potted plants was $2 more. One again I told her that's red ludwigia this is the price right here. Then I told her I didn't want any water in the bag with the plants. She says they need water in the bag. I told her they don't and I'm only going 30min away. I said I get plants shipped and they area wrapped in wet pepper towel. Once again I said I don't need water in my bag. So she then proceeds to put water in the bag that had fish food in it because they just fed the tanks. Sorry for the rant but I definitely understand.
Can I used favul aqua Stratum soil.
Not sure if I spelled it correctly.
But can I use that only for a fish tank ?
QOTW! White cloud mountain minnows always pop into my mind first. Love these guys.
QOTW: a betta is the first fish that comes to mind. The fish that got me into fish keeping, and still one of my favourites.
Khuli loach. Just love my tiny tiger noodles. I'd just wish, I would see them a little bit more often. They hide most of the time 🙈
so many kuhli loach answers and yeah I'm 100% with it
I got a 75 gallon tank that is not being used rn. Im gonna get a canister filter for it.
I love cichlids but dont know if i want to do another cichlid tank because i want a planted tank.
Any ideas??
First fish that came to my mind was a kissing gourami. And I *hate* those. My first ever tank I had as a ten-year-old had kissing gouramis (I did not choose the fish) and they murdered all the other fish. I don't remember what happened to them but I suspect my parents took them to fish jail.
no way i got this in the first 20 minutes proves bro's video are high quality
thx bro
First fish I thought of was my pear scale goldfish in the tank behind me. They are still babies
Ha an employee catch rummy nose tetras for me at my lfs, I was pretty sure she was new bc it took her around 20 mins to catch 7 rummys. Then while transferring the fish to the plastic box one of them fell ON THE GROUND. So, she suspended the net above the tank (fish were out of water for around 5 mins while she was picking the rummy up) after they got bagged they were all like half dead so i didn't end up buying them. Honestly, if I was in this situation i wouldn't know what to do either
20 mins is craaaaaaazy for rummynose
first fish that came to mind when you asked was Cleveland my 3year old Blackmore, you didn't ask breed just what fish 🤣
enjoy your week
hahaha
7:07 Sir, that is the Monterey Bay Aquarium...
Pet smart could make their fish catching easier by cutting the handles on the nets so they are short . It actually is quite the skill to catch fast fish on a small net with a long handle in the way, especially from all the small tanks they have . Cutting the net handle helps immensely
true!!! the top of the box always be cutting off the long net and making it so hard haha
Endler's livebearer, my tank is full of them and I anticipate which new pattern they'll churn out next.
I went to pet smart of Saturday, and after she caught the fish, she stuck them in the bag and then spun it like a tornado... inside the bag was a whirlpool, and 2/3 fish died 3 days later. I'm never going there again I'll stick to ordering them. At least my ordered fish are still alive after 2 years.
Betta are first to mind. Gotta love the angry bois
Ocellaris Clownfish. When I win the lotto, I won't say anything but there will be signs. A saltwater aquarium will be one of them.
Great video, keep it up!! 💗💗💗

I need to know more about Thai micro crabs !!! I saw them available many years ago with little info and I didn’t trust myself to wing it with their lil lives
QOTW Cherry Barb ❤ Love those guys
Bro, just the other day i was getting two hillstream loaches, it took 20 minutes and every employee just to catch a loach with his finger, peeling the loach off the glass .-.
QOTW: TV-watching angels. My dad & I kept a couple palm-sized chonkers in a 29 when I was a kid and they'd swim to the far end of the tank and watch TV with us at night.
neat!
