So I started somehow watching Cole the corn star, Dono why I live in Costa Mesa Ca. The subs by Disneyland, then the Millennial farmer. Cole talked about Nickie's cancer so I took look to see who they are and then started watching and watching and now the Larson's are my Fav Farmers. Don't get me wrong I still Like Cole, DC and Cooper but when Chet yells Doug-oh just cracks me up. Oh and Chet and The Swead might be a little too friendly. Hmmm

The technology of today farmers is awesome. My grandfather use to farm with a mule and a plow. He had no tractor.

So they operate almost like a fuel injector controller. That is pretty cool!
I know a few of the self propelled sprayers like the CaseIH Patriot and Millers have this. Great to see it come to pull-type sprayers.
Greetings from Alberta. Really enjoy watching your operation. Half my family are in the Willmar through DeGraff area.
We setup the first four nozzles up 20% at the headland end of the boom for increased control of quackgrass creep in as well as behind the tires. Also important is to be sure to keep those pwm systems under roof like you already do well with your equipment. Weathering will increase chances of failures.

no idea they controlled individual nozzles that finely, but makes sense. Just things you never think about if you're not in the workspace to realize what's involved. Very interesting - and that Erick guy's fine on the camera !

Thanks for the interesting video. That is one amazing sprayer. The sprayer controls that can be controlled from the cab itself is the best. Having full control of setting the nozzles from the cab and on the move is a big move forward. You have one of the finest sprayers around. Appreciate you showing us all these changes. If it’s anything close to what we have on our Deere sprayer you will love it. I’d also recommend using blue lights if you’re spraying at night. You can see all of your nozzles like it’s daylight.
We got our blue lights from a company conveniently called LarsenLights and love them.

Nice set up ,yes things are constantly changing and for the better,with computers we are able to manage and control equipment so much better, but when things go side ways it can be frustrating that's the trade off lol

Maybe a little late but the Hawkeye system I worked around had a lot of issues. It also I believe was the first machine that we had when It was brand new so maybe they worked out the bugs. Capstan is the ones that first designed this system and I believe they have it figured out really well. Best of luck with it

Figured that was getting NCV’s, big option take in Western Canada. You will enjoy it on the “Maybe” spray days and the Turn Comp
Savings pay for it fairly quick.
Maybe this could be the answer and getting more spray coverage on water hemp and or more coverage when spraying for aphids. Technology is truly changing in the farming world especially when I look back over the years at my age now

Fantastically entertaining, The outer boom section needs a rubber cushion in the cradle when it folds to stop the metal on metal. Surprised we don’t see more tracked sprayers in the UK , Trailed and Self Propelled .

They have boomless spray nozzles for atv mount sprayers. I run one for spraying fert on my yard. 16’ wide swath from one nozzle
