How to unbox a gy6 150cc Scooter Engine
Gather the necessary tools
Lay out a clean work area, preferably on a table or workbench.
Carefully remove any outer packaging material such as cardboard or plastic wrap from the box.
Open the box and remove any foam or other packing materials that are protecting the engine.
Carefully lift the engine out of the box and place it on the work surface.
Inspect the engine for any visible damage or defects.
Inspect the engine again, making sure that all components are present and in good condition.
Before installing the engine, make sure you place motor oil in the engine and the gear oil
It is important to be cautious and handle the engine with care to avoid any damage. It is also important to follow any specific instructions provided by the manufacturer of your scooter or engine.

Are 125cc too different from 150cc GY6? And how is reability on them? Can they keep up with Japanesse scooters?

Hello unfortunately no I try to make one time but didn't came out the way I want to on the gy6 is not really difficult you have to disconnect the 2 rear suspension, remove the exhaust system and remove the center connection of the motor will take you around 3 to 4 hours because there is lots of things to disconnect and reconnect

I'm having hard times with both cars at home needing repairs. I bought a new engine from Amazon 150cc xpro long case there's good reviews I'm going to see how I can make it this time. Engine arrive next Friday . Thanks for your tips I'm going to do the brakes with your videos.
@virberello hello my friend, i just did a new engine swap because was time to replace the old engine with 8k miles. And this new engine started just trowing carb cleaner inside the carburetor.
The scooter was seated on my garage for 2 years, I'm going to clean the carburetor, new gas filter, and new fuel petcock because those go clogged when you don't use the scooter for long time how you said.

Hello my friend I have sport exhaust and it don't make alot of flames/back fire how can I make it back fire?
Hello my friend Backfiring occurs when unburnt fuel is ignited in the exhaust system, causing a loud popping noise. There are a few ways to potentially cause a gas scooter to backfire, but please note that some of these methods may be illegal, dangerous, and/or void the warranty of your scooter.
Adjust the air-fuel mixture: Backfiring can occur when the air-fuel mixture is too rich (too much fuel, not enough air). Try adjusting the carburetor to allow more air into the engine.
Change the exhaust: A more open exhaust can cause the engine to run richer, which can lead to backfiring.
Check the timing: A timing issue can also cause backfiring. Make sure the ignition timing is set correctly.

I belive is 57 mm piston is typically used in a 150cc engine but you never know with products from China
