- Tips to follow as well. Check to make sure your stator is clean!!! Very common no spark issue when the machine has been outside for a long time. Other than that the only other factors will be you cdi, your coil or bad connections! Very simple

Hy i have no spurk on my 250cc
I have a 125cc electric start semi auto engine I’m having a no start issue, how can I make an electric start harness?
You can use a kick start harness from Amazon that’s like $20 then just the starter with a jump box or battery that you hook up to a switch
Ok I did an engine swap and had no spark so I did this and it worked but after a few minutes of it running it died and the cdi popped and cracked the cover? Could you help me out

I’m stuck, I’ve done the same thing and can’t get any spark still, I get up to 1000 volts tested from the coil when I kick it yet still no spark. My dirtbike (apollo 250) has a gear sensor and im wondering if that’s the issue, any ideas ? Thanks
Doesn’t seam like your coil is the issue but you always get a spark plug tester at harbor freight to be sure. It could be your stator

Okay so what if you got three solid yellow wires coming from your stator how do i do this with the three yellows or orange that goes to the rectifier theres no white or red and black from stator
White and yellow are power sources so they can be used the same way, the orange im not sure about
Well there's 3yellows coming from stator then they plug into 3orange to rectifier so just wire all3yellows together and bypass rectifier

I have 3orange wires a green and a black and yellow coming from my stator it does run how I've got it wired but the 3orange wires run to rectifier then come out the rec black green red

The magneto spins around the stator, Everytime the little magnet on the magneto passes a little pickup, it creates a spark
