I 100% agree! I have a 2018, initially had the RC 6” lift, then went to the Fox 2.5 DSC in the front. That lowered the front end an inch, so the 4.5” rear block really gave it a rake. I fixed the rake initially with a 1” level block on n the front on the RC lift but that all goes away with coilovers. Yesterday I had a 3” rear block installed and what a difference. It balanced the trucks handling characteristics as well. I have OME leafs on the way, so we’ll see if they truly add 1” to the rear, if so, I may meet in the middle and install 2.5” blocks. Killer truck man!
@@DG-bo2tx I put 6” on top of my trail boss lift to make it a total of 7.75” but my wife just got an at4 canyon, idk much about them didn’t know if they came with the factory lift or if it worked the same way as Chevy
Great video!. Keep the Canyon uploads coming brotha!. I’m considering just doing the 2’ level setup with a bigger block since I like the rake for towing. Do you tow with your rig?.
looking to get this for my colorado, are you running the oem upper and lower arms, if so could you pair this with the 4wd prerunner kit from bajakits? i like the prerunner kit from baja but it doesn't raise the truck like this, uses the same shocks i think, i just didnt know if you could put in new upper and lower arms. (Truck looks sweet, great vid)
I run the icon delta joint UCA and moog grease-able lower ball joints (OEM lowers will get destroyed and wear tires badly) FOX 2.5 DSC coilovers, 3” rear blocks, and I’ve ran the shit out of it and it’s perfect. I run 33x12.50r18 mud tires on 18x9 -12mm off set wheels. Minor trimming to fender liner, I basically notched the plastic honeycomb mount behind the fog lights, then pulled the liner against it, drilled new holes, reused 3 mounts and added 3 zip ties and it looks clean, professional and clears beautifully!
Badass truck bruh !,,,long bed rocks with the small trucks
Where did you get the 3 inch blocks for the rear?
How was the mpg loss with the kit?
@@DG-bo2tx thanks was looking for a lift kit for my 22 canyon and this looks real nice. What size wheels and tires are you running?
