Chester will always have a special place in my heart. For my daughter's 16th birthday, she wanted to see LP in concert. I had surprised her with all access passes. She had a huge crush on Chester. Not only did she meet him but he got down on one knee, held her hand and sung Happy Birthday to her. It was a memory she will never forget. Chester was an amazing warm hearted soul that will be truly missed. Rest in Peace Chester.

I used to be cynical when I was younger, I'm 21 now and have really grown to love and relate to spiritual people, videos like this brought a tear to my eye as a self described alpha male. It doesn't make you stupid to be spiritual and it does not make you less of a man to feel the emotion of love. 💯

This is created by Eg white and one of the band friends Amy Zaret ( who sadly passed away due to cancer) they wrote the song. Months later, at a Live concert Chester and the band would perform this song as a tribute for a another friend of their name Chris Cornell, who passed away . After that, months later Chester would pass away. The band, months after Chester passed would play this song one more time as a tribute for Chester. Mike Shinoda sung the song.
This song was the swan song of Chester and the band. It was beautiful and the perfect song. It’s very emotional and we can all feel the pain that was in Chester voice. Chester and Linkin Park had always been a band to help people deal with their problems such as depression and other sad emotions. Chester will always be legend and we will never forget his light for as long as we live. RIP to the greatest singer ever to sing in this world Chester Bennington

LP🔺saved my life. Literally. I had no one to reach out to, Chester understood me. This band gave me hope bc someone actually GOT IT. Chris Cornell’s death shattered him, as it did for many. Losing soulful Chaz put a dent in my soul. I feel such sadness for his babies, his blood family, his band brothers and his fans. Mel-you’re an empath. You feel the pain of others, you feel every emotion when you’re around public-anywhere you go. You know when someone’s not being truthful, you mean so much to your family. I became a friend of Chester's, when my young son came home from school, and said he met a new best friend. It was Chester's son. I ended up being the older friend who he could tell me stuff, and know it never would be talked about after. We did a lot together until he moved back to CA after joining Stone Temple Pilots. We still texted back and forth at least once a week, all the way until the night before his passing. I knew he was still depressed from Chris Cornell's suicide, but I never saw it coming. I wish he would have still been in AZ, we could have met up and golfed and talked like we used to do a lot. I'll always miss him. Only a very small few of my other friends ever knew about our friendship. BTW, I am just an everyday guy, who met a friend at a kid's birthday party. RIP my friend.
