We can learn from each other when we unite and build together. You can be a 1st class citizen and be regarded as a human being and not just a black person.

I wonder if the workers quarters which has a bedroom and bath is big enough to airbnb with privacy for the renter and access to the pool without bothering the main house.. thanks to this video I have some investment 💡ideas, thanks bro I'm in the dominican Republic, have been here 9 months but now I'm thinking of doing something similar either here or when I get to one of the countries in Africa. Still researching a bit more.

It's cheap if you earn dollars, what do locals live in ? I'll bet it is smaller and more modest, how many hours does a local have to work to get that house? This is the true indication of how you will live if you move there and work unless you have a large sum to put down to purchase that house.
Unbelievable rent rate even if they want 1 to 2 years rent up front like in Ghana.
Let's be real, here in America I don't even think u can rent a tent for 500 bucks per month. This is price of mcchickens 2 hamburgers n extra sandwich
Attention family! Me and my husband really liked this home. We met with the agent and owner and made a contract after the showing. We agreed to pay 1.2 million tsh and all the work would be done on the first day of move from what we could see painting, changing locks and cleaning... which was scheduled a week from our contract signing and first month holding fee. Fast forward the day of move in the home still wasn't ready... 10 days later the house wasn't ready or cleaned so the agent had her husband and brother in law clean it. Which I appreciated and paid them because it wasn't their job. 3 days later and tired of spending money at a resort we went to the house because from what we could see it was small things that needed to be done... False... the ceiling is water damaged and leaking. They attempted to paint over it and it was black and leaking again within a day. Thank The Most High because if it wasn't raining all week we wouldn't have known until much later. The toilets in the bathroom were leaking. The front and back door was broken and We could never get in touch with the owner so the the agent had her husband come fix the toilets. Lizards everywhere.... and we're realistic family this is Africa... you're going to see 1 or 2. This was to the point that we called an exterminator. That big master bedroom is where me, my husband and our 3 children stayed that night due to all the lizards. The exterminator informed that before move in the owner of a home is suppose to do fumigation and treat the chambers. He knocked under the kitchen cabinets and roaches everywhere.. the next day the owners son came so we could point out everything we still weren't happy with and he tried to get us to sign the lease and pay the other 5 months. We told him we weren't signing a lease for the home in the condition that it was in. The Most High has blessed us with a beautiful home. My husband and I and our children love Tanzania this is home. Outside of this situation with this house we haven't had a negative experience. I encourage my brothers and sisters to come but please do your research thoroughly before getting a home. I really wanted this home for the pool and prospect of Airbnb but even getting the landscaping, pool and worker's quarter's up to par would be a small fortune. We have a signed contract with the owner stating that he is to return our money and he hasn't. I just talked to the agent yesterday and she informed me that the owner said he spent it on house repairs and he wants us to come back. That's not going to happen! As you can see in the video they're still working on the house. The design of the homes and floors are beautiful here and coming from the states the the price makes it very tempting but do your research!
