@@JayW254 People die from the smoke NOT from the actual flames or fire. In America we put bars in cells or jail windows to prevent escape. America is a different country, but if criminals are a problem, if a criminal is in the house at least they can escape through a window that allows them to open. Just saying.
@@teejackson9186That is an American problem. Where is the smoke gonna come from if the house can’t catch fire? I have lived in houses like this in Africa and believe me I have never seen that problem. On the other hand I have lived in houses in America and I seen how houses burn down fast and if you are not careful you can die inside and that is why they need fire escape and exit doors.
@@JayW254 My brother, the problem starts by telling a family, “It’s beautiful and safe here , just put prison bars on all of your windows because you know about the tribalism and instability.”

Bars on windows is standard in parts of Africa, I do not like it either. I have a problem with compound walls too, they give off the feeling of being locked up especially if the home lot is small. But in this house it doesn't feel closed in. Beautiful size land area, beautiful terrace/patio upstairs. It's a winner all around except for the price. Glad it's negotiable.
I rented a house in Tanzania for $380 4 beds 2 1/2 baths! Brand new! This is way too expensive. I’m sure that he won’t be paying this amount for rent there.
You can buy land in most of West Africa, the range is quite wide from country to country. We're aware of the security need for the bars in the windows but we will not be using them in Nigeria. There are other most effective and options people just do things because that's the ONLY way they know.
Yes you can but you must have electric fence around the house or Watchman/security to deter thieves and robbers otherwise your house will be swept clean by the time sun rise 😊

Hotels are more expensive, AIRBNB's are less . It depends how long you are planning on staying for . The rent is for 3,6,12 months paid upfront +the dalala fee.

Oh how much we black people need our messiah christ to save us from our enemies. Peace to you and tanzania, and REST IN PEACE TO THE GREAT MAGUFULI!!!! The one and true african of our times.
Shalom brother, I heard people seeking to relocate to Tanzania, can't just outright buy a home there, is that true? Also, I notice bars on the lower and upper levels of this house shown, why is that, and how does one go about washing the inside of the window, and are the bars able to open to wash the glass? Thank You, and great presentation, and I just subscribed to you.
Do you happen to know anything about the WiFi connection and broadband Internet connection speed in Tanzania? Is it fast and reliable for Zoom meetings, for example?
The amount is not clear. And clarity would be very helpful for new ppl. Is it first and last months rent, plus her commission? This is important to know. Is the amount to move in. 864+864+864? And Is this a 12 month lease or 24 month lease? These are questions we have. Thank you. For showing. God bless you.
No, I'm Tanzania there is no first and last month rent . The owner offers 3,6,12 months rent plus you need to pay the dalala. You are to pay upfront. If you decide, make sure you make a contract with the house owner , make videos of the shape the house is in so if any damage the owner needs to know that you have it all in records. Record and document everything. Have witnesses.
How can African nations have all those Resources and The People Be So Poor? Corruption must end and the Money shared with the people of these countries
Yes, this is what I am trying to check on but limited information. But retirement visa are $250-$550 USD. That's all the information I could find. If you find more Sis please info me🤎
@Massambula G I agree. I think must African nations are truly trying to accommodate the surge of diasporas coming and some of these policies will take a little while, not over night. Great job for your efforts. I hope to do the same for our returning brothers and sisters in Nigeria as well.
@jewel Niles, in some European countries like Germany, you buy the kitchen as well as in all the cabinetry, countertops etc. The kitchens is basically a room with a sink and water and stove hookup only!
That is a price hike! I paid less for more house that was brand new. You technically cannot own property there. You’d have to be a co-signer to a local who’d get the property for you. Don’t risk it. It’s not worth it.
Narrator, Sophia is nice, she really seems to like you... TZ women don't wear the "African" jewellery , sure that she did it for you! Its time for the "marriage visa" great video
For the square footage of the house and all the amenities, that's a dam good price. Places like that for rent in Indiana is at least $2,000 per month and that's only if it's for rent. Most houses like that here are for sale and sell anywhere from $250,000 and up. There are hardly any houses like that in Indiana for rent especially at that price
Even here in Mombasa, Kenya, and throughout east Africa most houses of this kind (medium-upper class) have bars even when there would absolutely be no need... if you build your own you can skip: it's more out of common practice than out of necessity, in many cases.

Why are the bars on the windows not able to open? Just a fire safety hazard.
But a pretty house, 🙏
Theft safety brother, though I agree abt fire safety too, atleast bars that can be locked and unlocked manually. Will consider that whilst building me house,
meantime, karibu sana Tanzania
These houses are build using curved stones and don’t catch fire like that not like the wooden houses in America.
Beautiful property. Just inviting
I like her swag
Kind of odd to have a fridge hidden from the kitchen and put together with the dirty laundry 🧺.
Nice looking house from the outside.
Yeah
I like how I’m Africa they say “compound” where yo house at! Just sounds like some king stuff! Come to my compound baby 😂 yea.. I like the sound of that!
Great house
Beautiful ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Beautiful
I'm a single person...don't need that much space...could you do a modest space for a couple or single retirement person...I know western world teach us more is better.. That's a bit much for one person...
Beautiful! 😎😍
The squat Asian toilet type it is better and healthier than European type unless your age is about to set out.
Thank you
Good stuff! Thank you!
Wow very nice place ❤️
Very nice home but where are the BATHTUBS, FOR SOME THIS IS A MUST!!!😍😍😍🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗☺☺Would having a bathtub pose a problem with water???
Beautiful home!
Wish you had given us a view of the ceiling as well
Don't worry about ceilings.... Those are small cosmetic things..
That is a nice house, but I would be looking for an all inclusive luxury condominium if I were to make the move to Africa.
I rented a house like that but i prefer the smaller place for 90$ in Uganda. I had to leave furniture behind so don't get a big place to fill
I rented a house in Tanzania for $380 4 beds 2 1/2 baths! Brand new! This is way too expensive. I’m sure that he won’t be paying this amount for rent there.
I loveeeeeee this house
At minute 4:23 (Bidet shower) appears.
I hope some western countries know the value of this thing
Is it possible to build and own a house in any country in africa without the Bars on the windows? Any other security options?
Get married to a king in Ouwarre now Africa then you can own a house in Ouwarre.

No appliances come with in the kitchen?..or is it still being equipped for renting??🤔
No appliances come with houses in Tz & Kenya -- regardless whether you're buying or renting.
Tanzania looks like a special place but does not offer dual citizenship at the moment.
@Massambula G nimeipenda hii😊
@Massambula G sounds serious..smile. I am originally from Jamaica. I live in Canada and have citizenship for both. I love both countries and very, very proud of my Jamaican heritage. I would love to someday, in the near future, relocate to Motherland Africa, with my Canadian born son. We are very much looking forward to the journey. I don't think, though, that I would want to give up either of my present citizenships. I guess I will be a resident without citizenship, if I choose should Tanzania. Either way, I would love to visit Tanzania. I admired Magufuli and would love to see Tanzania and visit Kilamanjaro with my son. We are looking forward to the trip and to building something meaningful on the Motherland.
One Love♥️♥️🇯🇲💟🇹🇿🌍🎉
Maybe allying yourself with the passport of White Supremacy might give you pause? However, the repatriation is not just about the diaspora, it's also about Tanzania. How do you ensure that the lives of your people are never again under a slave system or colonial subjugation, being absolutely sure it never happens again. But it will also need for the diaspora to hold hands. Everyone is learning.
Wholeness and Balanced Vibration Family. Thank you Sir For all the Great info and research you are doing. Thank you. I would like to move back to the Motherland. Im ready but dont know how to go about. Can you please help me.. Wholeness and Balanced Vibration My Melanated Family
Good price for that space
how much in dollars?

I love her spirit! im paying $950 a month for a two bedroom apartment and this house is $850? Yet of course its the extras that get us. Whats a months utilities cost? Since im just coming to visit how much are hotel cost? Man, that is a great house.
Hotels are more expensive, AIRBNB's are less . It depends how long you are planning on staying for . The rent is for 3,6,12 months paid upfront +the dalala fee.
This is too expensive for Tanzania. I paid $380. For a 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom house there. Plus we had all types of fruit trees on premise and it was brand new!
@@journeytothemosthigh5021 Thank you. Is there a neighborhood or suburb you recommend? We stayed in a couple of AirBNBs in Mikocheni and near the U of DAR but didn't get a chance to do more than that because we had to finish a project. A nice place to visit but I wouldn't waste my time renting just to make other people rich.
@Massambula G Isn't that the purpose of this video????? and thank you I will kept my money.
What...what....what?
@Massambula G whao bro, you seem very defensive, but everyone really would want to own a house one day rather than pay rent. Your comments are reminders on how much Africans hate black people. Oh how much we black people need our messiah christ to save us from our enemies. Peace to you and tanzania, and REST IN PEACE TO THE GREAT MAGUFULI!!!! The one and true african of our times.
@Massambula G 😂😂😂😂 yep, you know the behaviour of the chicken heads
It’s too expensive! I’ve lived there and I paid way less for a bigger house.
All those security bars inside the house take away from its beauty.
Was just thinking the same. If they are absolutely needed, they need to be redesigned. They surprisingly have decorative security iron.
hi, I loved the video , but I want to know how are renters when it comes to pets, I have 3 and I was wandering if most are ok with pets.
I hope they don't allow that flipping house mess that goot us in trouble here in the US.
How many bedrooms is that house?
❤️
Shalom brother, I heard people seeking to relocate to Tanzania, can't just outright buy a home there, is that true? Also, I notice bars on the lower and upper levels of this house shown, why is that, and how does one go about washing the inside of the window, and are the bars able to open to wash the glass? Thank You, and great presentation, and I just subscribed to you.
Do you happen to know anything about the WiFi connection and broadband Internet connection speed in Tanzania? Is it fast and reliable for Zoom meetings, for example?
To many BARS on the windows and doors. Is it a beautified ghetto?
The amount is not clear. And clarity would be very helpful for new ppl. Is it first and last months rent, plus her commission? This is important to know. Is the amount to move in. 864+864+864? And
Is this a 12 month lease or 24 month lease? These are questions we have. Thank you. For showing. God bless you.
No, I'm Tanzania there is no first and last month rent . The owner offers 3,6,12 months rent plus you need to pay the dalala. You are to pay upfront. If you decide, make sure you make a contract with the house owner , make videos of the shape the house is in so if any damage the owner needs to know that you have it all in records. Record and document everything. Have witnesses.
How old is this house
Look like Jamaica
Is this house still on sale
How can African nations have all those Resources and The People Be So Poor?
Corruption must end and the Money shared with the people of these countries
There are people who are well to do owning these homes . My friends are doctors nurses and tour operators . They have nice cars and nice homes .
Lack of job creation and lack of government action
Retirement Visa
Yes, this is what I am trying to check on but limited information. But retirement visa are $250-$550 USD. That's all the information I could find. If you find more Sis please info me🤎
@Massambula G Unless you marry a Tanzanian.
@Massambula G I agree. I think must African nations are truly trying to accommodate the surge of diasporas coming and some of these policies will take a little while, not over night. Great job for your efforts. I hope to do the same for our returning brothers and sisters in Nigeria as well.
Beautiful but where do you go to get frig n stove...do they cost much? Also are you able to open the bars on the windows..ie. for fire escape? 🔥
You buy from the store🤔
@jewel Niles, in some European countries like Germany, you buy the kitchen as well as in all the cabinetry, countertops etc. The kitchens is basically a room with a sink and water and stove hookup only!
@@msbanji4963 so when you leave/change to dif house you have to drag those big things with you?...yikes 😬!! And how much are they?
These houses don’t catch fire like that they are build using stones and not wooden boards like in America. The metal bars are for security.
@@JayW254 yeah definitely want security sure but what if you need to get out near a window...are there locks 🔐 you can just click unlock?
are the bars mandatory ?
How much would it be to own a house like that and will they hike up the price because you are from amerikkka?
@Massambula G good response.
That is a price hike! I paid less for more house that was brand new. You technically cannot own property there. You’d have to be a co-signer to a local who’d get the property for you. Don’t risk it. It’s not worth it.
In the long run people should buy a house...not rent.
Question what if you want to buy said property and not rent it would that be going under a business Visa as property owner
You cannot buy property there unless you get it with a local standing in for you.
What are you doing showing everybody the tourist areas
How much to buy!!!!
In amerikkka we don’t hike up the price on foreigners
Yah, but they hike up interest rates for blacks
@@kayn2756 right🤔same difference.
When homes are designed toilets should never be placed in the long view of any bath/powder room.
Why?
Do you do RTO rent to own
No rent to own. We cannot own property there unless you have a local signing as owner and your like a co signer.
Where is tub
Tanzanian toilet is better for prevention of haemorhoids and other transmitted diseases.
TRUE!!!!
Narrator,
Sophia is nice, she really seems to like you...
TZ women don't wear the "African" jewellery , sure that she did it for you!
Its time for the "marriage visa"
great video
@GoBlack2Africa Wow she get $860+ if you get this house..=to 1 months rent? Hmm 🤔 wait was that Gloria that said she wouldn't charge that much?
Her name is safina
For the square footage of the house and all the amenities, that's a dam good price. Places like that for rent in Indiana is at least $2,000 per month and that's only if it's for rent. Most houses like that here are for sale and sell anywhere from $250,000 and up. There are hardly any houses like that in Indiana for rent especially at that price
@@GrooveDaddy100 not the rental price.. How much she is paid is a lot. People in US don't pay just to see a rental!!!
@@jewelniles4041 aw ok..i musta missed that part...that's probably why it's still vacant
It’s too expensive for Tanzania. Don’t make the comparison because the income is not the same.
If a house have burglar bars it’s a no go🤦🏾♂️
Even here in Mombasa, Kenya, and throughout east Africa most houses of this kind (medium-upper class) have bars even when there would absolutely be no need... if you build your own you can skip: it's more out of common practice than out of necessity, in many cases.
That is a common feature in Africa and the Caribbean. Has nothing to do with level of safety.
U can see this in cali
It’s the same way Americans feel they have to own guns, although they may never have to use them for their protection 😜😜😜.
This ain’t America bro
