@GoBlack2Africa, my brother, I enjoy you sharing the knowledge you are gaining about the people, the culture of the various African countries you have learned about. @@Basskat100 Appreciate your kind words and insight. Let me ease your mind, All the countries you mention have back door deals and robbing their countries of billions of dollars. Look to see how much china owns of America. We have a tendency to look closely at ourselves and make it seem like the other countries are innocent because brick and mortar and stuff show "advancements". Let's not forget that Africa is only 55-60 years old from being colonized. It's still in its infant stage where these other countries have been doing and building their economy for 100s of years. Let us not forget how difficult to take over a country and embrace a democratic system when the people were in Tribal Kingdoms. Don't lose faith in our people but we are going through a growing process finally realizing the trickery and enabling by the Europeans but I see great things to come and Africa is shaking the fleas off (Europeans). Don't forget that many righteous leaders were killed by coups that the west set up because they were breaking away from the program and talking about uniting. No one knows the pressure our leaders go through by the Europeans and others when all it takes is a sanction or embargo and it could devastate a country like several went through. Don't think for one moment that Magufuli died from Covid, he was killed.

Wished the title reflected the specific house in question. A nice big [middle class] house at that. It has a lot of room inside and outside the place.
But the some design features are a bit weird. Black metal bars on the inside, that are seeded through the walls. Kinda of strange to have it like that, instead of having a separate window piece with the same component hard glued onto there. Or better yet, have the metal bars on the outside, if aesthetically possible. Then you have the fridge be placed separately from the kitchen. Also some bathrooms in different spots than I would expect.
The design features of under the stairway I do like. The smoothness of the edges and corners just makes it nicer. Compliments the rounded staircase itself, a feature I prefer over 90 degree angle stairways. The shower rooms I like a lot, especially the glass ones!

You can buy land in most of West Africa, the range is quite wide from country to country. We're aware of the security need for the bars in the windows but we will not be using them in Nigeria. There are other most effective and options people just do things because that's the ONLY way they know.

I would love to someday, in the near future, relocate to Motherland Africa, with my Canadian born son. We are very much looking forward to the journey. I don't think, though, that I would want to give up either of my present citizenships. I guess I will be a resident without citizenship, if I choose should Tanzania. Either way, I would love to visit Tanzania. I admired Magufuli and would love to see Tanzania and visit Kilamanjaro with my son. Maybe allying yourself with the passport of White Supremacy might give you pause? However, the repatriation is not just about the diaspora, it's also about Tanzania. How do you ensure that the lives of your people are never again under a slave system or colonial subjugation, being absolutely sure it never happens again. But it will also need for the diaspora to hold hands. Everyone is learning.

No, I'm Tanzania there is no first and last month rent . The owner offers 3,6,12 months rent plus you need to pay the dalala. You are to pay upfront. If you decide, make sure you make a contract with the house owner , make videos of the shape the house is in so if any damage the owner needs to know that you have it all in records.
