Not everyone has a bad experience building in Ghana. I an in UK and my building project is being managed by a Ghanaian my house is being built by Ghanian tradesmen and I have no problems at all. Some of the most honest and reliable people I have ever met. Please do some interviews of people who have had a good experience. It will help others to know who to contact to avoid mistakes. There are honest and dishonest people everywhere. As the saying goes it takes all sorts.
Sis, don’t get worried 😟 na our country Ghana 🇬🇭 hmmmm……. We all get worried but we sit down and watch. Even if u suggest something the gate keepers will not take , Asem ooo
It's definitely cheaper to build your your home in GH. The issue is the dishonesty and the hassle of building especially if you're not there. Kudos to the ladies.
@Thabian Ray That also an option but most people diasporas want custom build. I personal find the homes already built too expensive, they look like homes in the projects (row homes) in the states, no outdoor space (why do GH concrete the front?), barely any trees (I don't get why they cut the trees down), Inventors are know for cutting corners even use poor quality material so they can make big profit, the rooms are too small. You get where I'm going with this.
Their balcony rails looks exactly like the ones I did for my apt complex and have always hated it. But now its growing on me. Lol. Didn't know there was a beach at East Legon Hills
@@JasmineAmaa Thought so, cuz I remembered my cousin taking me to that area to show me a project he was a PM on and I didn't see any beach but saw a small lake though. Its a very fast developing area. I should have tried harder to grab a piece of land out there.
Great vid. Are they the same pretty twins with the beautiful natural hair and smiles in the previous vids that owns the camping getaway with the palm nut oil trees? Jasmine, you have competition in the pretty smile category. LOL
A big house like this the stair case should be wide a bit. I suppose all staircases are ready made Concrete to buy and fix. I like your front black gate.
Lovely sisters I enjoy watching them , but the house needs A LOT of work to be done. The construction is very weak built , the stairs looks like its about to be collapsed as well as its railings. They spent a lot of money on a bad construction. I hope everything gets fixed and they have a safe living here 😬
Wow! Beautiful house and big inside! Jasmine I hope one day you can interview me and my house that I’m building in Nzema Ghana beach front road land!❤️🙏🏽🇬🇭🇬🇭🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
Frankly speaking, that house would cost three times the price they would have spent if they were to sell it or buy it, especially in that area. I can assure you that house would cost about $300, 000 to 450000, ( 280, 000 Euro to 420, 000 euro) in that area.
I may have not heard the intro but I believe they are twins and kakra is the one in yellow, since kakra always want to assume the position of authority
I saw some water damage on the ceiling upstairs...I really hope they will get a pitched roof. My flat roof is probably why I am bald today....anyway, these two lovely sisters are blessed 100%...Jasmine thanks for sharing stay blessed! 🙏🏽
@@JasmineAmaa Thanks for your kind words Jasmine...that was a great interview. I am currently building in Adjinganor, hopefully I will move next year or the year after.

@Vanett Phillips that is what i was about to ask, because i know in South Africa the start with sanitation pave-roads than you can build your house.Specifically big houses like this all services are been put first before you build,if you build house on dusty roads like this probably it will depreciate.Thats why everything is done structural again with houses like this there should be a mall or shopping complex near by,which will include parks schools in the neighborhood.Im not judging
Mistakes aside (they lost some money), the investment will turn out OK.🎉🎉🎉 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 If you're planning to rent it out, what's the point of buying land and designing according to your ideal?😂😂😂. People with some money and wishing to invest in real estate, though still not living in Ghana long term, just buy turnkey 🔥🔥🔥. Be present, check out everything touching on laws of ownership, etc, pull out check.🔥🔥🔥
I vowed that I’ll never hire Ghanaians to work for me. One of my wurst experiences in life is working with Ghanaians. I now understand why Ghanaians hire foreign contractors.

The house doesn’t cost 20k euros. First it was the land and then later she asked about the finishing and the owner said 20k to finish up without furnitures.
@@ewancameron5192 please listen to the video again. 70k for building the house to that exact point you see in the video , exclusive of the price of land which she said was 20k euros
BEAUTIFUL JASMINE, YOU ARE VERY SMART. ONE SISTER RARELY GAVE THE OTHER A CHANCE TO SPEAK. YOU HANDLED IT SO WELL. ONLY QUEEN JASMINE CAN DO IT.
