This father has a look in his eyes like he's a really good person.

1. A good person who is addicted to drugs, I think. That poor little girl. This happened on his watch if he was as high then as he seems during the update. I think all 3 of them might be addicts.
2. 8:31 listen to Steve’s voice when he says, “Oh, that’s great.” The two women’s kids are the same age. So he _might_ be a drug addict but he is 💯 putting his babies at risk by having them hither and yon.
Bottom line: He might not be a bad person, but I bet he could be a _great_ person if he were sober.
@@MarinaRhymin yeah, i dont see a completely good person in his eyes, he seems kinda scetchy... and his new gf/wife idk talks in so much detail that isnt even important or asked, but they definetly seem better then the biological mother.
I had some classes in high school with Alex (the father) and he’s a real chill dude...never would I thought he would of gone through this. It’s been some years since this incident but I hope everything has gotten better

One of the scariest aspects of this case is that she's probably popping out more kids who might not have anyone to look out for them.
I think temporary (and temporary only) pregnancy-prevention should be added to the list of possible punishments for child-abuse crimes like that.
IIRC there are these... preventative devices that can be installed in women. They're not 100% secure, not even 99%, but they're certainly better than nothing, and only a gynecologist can remove them safely. There should also be some kind of temporary surgery for men.
Some people should not legally be allowed to procreate and set another child into the world that's either going straight to foster care or growing up in a hell-hole like that, but permanent prevention isn't something we should go for, for cases where someone is accused/convicted falsely. We see it happen often enough on Steve's show.

@@randomduckling444 False Convictions are a thing. If you remove someone's ability to have children permanently and it ends up being a false conviction...
If you look at most civilized places on the globe, there are no punishments that leave lasting or permanent physical harm. If you get life in prison but turn out to be innocent, then yeah you've lost some time of your life but you are still more or less intact.
If they cut off the hands of thieves (like they used to do and sometimes still do in places) but then the thief turns out to be innocent, then what are they going to do?
That's why I can only support temporary removal of that ability to have children, so it can be reversed in the case of someone being innocent. It's not like you can easily revert the effects of those procedures yourself... it'd still be controlled by the law even if the person isn't imprisoned.

It's up to a judge's interpretation, which is worse. Our laws are fine, the immoral interpretations are the cause of unfairness.

She thinks that if she’s louder than everyone else, then she wins. She says that she’s never snapped and gotten upset with her kids. I know that’s a lie. Our children are adults now, but we definitely had moments of frustration. I haven’t finished the video yet, but my gut says that she’s lying.

I believe there are parents that never get very upset or snap with their children, but they are rare and she definitely is not one of those. She is a criminal, almost a murderer. She almost killed her son. Why she is not imprison for attempted murder or homicide is a mystery. Thank God the boy did not suffocate and is not in her custody anymore.

@Sierra Carter but then she later changed her story and said that there were 3 other people in her apartment, when she mentioned the 3 other people that were at her home they all told police that they witnessed her beating her son and that they saw her throw her son on the couch and cussing at him, she made a full confession to both police and CPS.

Megan showed everyone how out of control her anger is. The way she interacted with her Ex, the ex's new wife, and wven steve when she realized he wasnt on her side at all after the lie detector test. She is definitely in need of some therapy and some potent medication. She has no business being a mother until she resolves those issues. I wonder if she ever got sentenced in court? Eventually her case had to reach a conclusion despite delay after delay.
I have sinus trouble sometimes. Once had to take antibiotics because the infection travelled to my ear.
Never though did it give me two black eyes, swelling, and bruising to my back side and my neck...never...
Same here!!! I often get sinus infections...never end up looking like that!!! I also had case of suspected meningitis...never ended up looking like that!!!

Were those Megan's test results that Steve tore up.Shame on Megan,failed the polygraph,lied the confession wasn't true when it was,says it's rigged,gets into it with Steve,throwing paper,being angry at him ,possibly Dan,calling Steve a bald headed SOB and then an ugly BHB(not gonna write it out,respect purposes).Upset being called a terrible mother.Glad Alex got full custody of the kiddo,Little girl as well,awww.He,Helen and the kids make a great family.Meg,if you had been truthful ,you may still be in the klink,but you at least would've passed it.

Megan will have to wait until her son is 18. My advice is this. Once the child or children gets taken away from their moms, the dads will get full custody and wait until they reach 18. I have seen that happen on one of the episodes
The pain in his voice makes me so emotional just imagining that a baby goes through something like that.

We have sweet friends who were blessed with quintuplets. My daughter (14 when they were born) and I were only a few people the parents trusted to watch all five of their babies. For years, we would spent one day a week, 10 to 7 pm, so mom could get a break and have them for long weekends once a month. My daughter was then their nanny when she was 17 to 20 during summers home from college. It is frightening to entrust just one of your babies to others, let alone 5, but that mama knew we’d protect them with our lives. They are 12 now and all 5 were in our daughter’s wedding two years ago. For all intents and purposes, they are my first “grand babies.” Children should only know love from the adults around them. Never anger and pain. My heart weeps for that little boy.

I have that same medical condition and never once got bruises like that ever on my face and eyes. Yes, your eyes will swell shut, but never bruises to that extent. I'm not sure about other sufferers, I'm just speaking from my own experiences.

That bruising comes from a punch or huge blow to the side of the head. I know this because my ex did it to me and knocked me unconscious and I woke with the exact same bruising. I’m so happy this little boy is with his daddy:)

I am overjoyed that he is just doing amazing! A loving big brother, he is in the right hands. When Helen came on and started talking about the boy with his little sister, I could see the love and devotion in dad's eyes, and I could see the love and gratitude in her eyes. Bless this little family, it's absolutely wholesome. I'm so glad this young boy has a dad and step mother that love, nurture and most of all protect him ❤❤

I absolutely love great updates like this one. Watching that young man collapse on the floor after finding out what happened to his baby, was heart-wrenching. I am so glad that he won full custody and they have another baby. Those bruises show that she strangled that little boy. He is so lucky to make it out alive, a lot of them don't. Best of luck to their little family. And I hope that witch is somewhere locked up.

The nerve of her saying that "The test is RIGGED!" BISH PLEASE! The evidence showed that you have severely abused the little boy. I can't believe that she is not behind bars for what she did. It’s a sad reality that because a father misses a few child support payments she takes it out on the CHILD! I’m glad Alex got his son, and I’m overjoyed that that little boy is free from abuse
