Cats... I have had cats over the years! Feral ones at that! I give them a home, food, make sure they're hydrated & healthy but even though they're feral they've never attacked me, my sis, and mom. If anything they're very protective of us!

My cat's all loved my kids. They would sit there and watch them even had dogs at that time never had none of my kids hurt. I have 3 kid's had pit bulls rescue ones and they never hurt them. Never knocked them down.
you could tell from the roommate's call in that the boy was guilty. when he said "and nick said 'as long as the baby breathing, i can do what i want'" i knew it was truth. that statement was a little too accurate, and too perfect for the roommate to be making up
“Too perfect and accurate statements” can also tell a fabricated lie. I would say it was the tone of the roommate and facial expression that was really convincing. Also that the roommate was consistent with his words

I only have one child. When she was a baby she had acid reflux really bad, she cried and screamed a lot. Never NOT ONE TIME did I hurt her. I'll be the first to admit that sometimes it was so hard to deal with. When it felt like too much for me I put her in the crib and walked away for a minute. Never even occurred to me to hurt her in any way whatsoever. This is RIDICULOUS
Our daughter is the only child on both sides. Our focus is her, anything happens, the question the person should wonder is "who will get me first."
If Jacob's fussy when he can't burp, I put him in his bassinet, and listen to music to calm down. His bassinet is next to my bed, so I know he's safe. When I'm calm, I try again, and the burp comes out, and it's a big one. And him a happy, talkative, smart buubuus once more. And I shower him with love, like always. There's NO EXCUSE for child abuse. I've been through it.
Yes I remember those days and nights too, when my son was a baby.
I would also pop him down, and have a cup of tea with music playing, then come back fresh again.
I also was a nanny for a couple whose baby had reflux and I would sing to her and rock her in my arms.
The parents hired me for a couple of hours a day to give Mum a break - it was a wonderful job. 😊
Now as a Nana, I have also cuddled my gorgeous grandchildren when they were babies, to support my son and daughter in law. ❤️ 👐 🌹

Setting aside the misdirection, even if a person hates cats I'm sure they are aware that cats are not monsters and wouldn't/couldn't cause these kinds of injuries to a 2month old.
Also my sister has a cat and when my nephew was two months all the cat did was try to play, comfort and love my nephew to the best of his abilities. Even farrel cats are not monster that could cause this level of harm.

I remember when my daughter was about 4 months old, she was going through bad colic. I hadn't slept in what felt like forever and was struggling. One day I looked at my mom and asked her if she could watch my daughter for a couple days because I was in no fit state. Even on 0 sleep, barely eating and a lot of tears, I knew the safest option was to disengage before I did something stupid due to lack of sleep. Wasn't easy, all that goes through your head is "I'm a failure as a mom" but you know what? It's so so much better to admit to needing that help than not. Mom had her for a few days while I got myself sorted. Even after that I asked for classes etc. To help me learn to cope better. My kiddo is 7 now and honestly she's my best friend. Even in my worst moments I can't imagine ever hurting her. My ex isn't really around but even he wouldn't harm her. Anyone who could do that deserves to be put down like a rabid animal.

My 11-day-old daughter spent last night crying on and off for no reason we could discover. I’m recovering from an emergency c-section and still have severe pre-eclampsia, and I can’t IMAGINE harming her, no matter how exhausted from pain, high blood pressure, and sleeplessness I get. It’s my privilege to do everything I can to help her thrive. That’s the job. If they couldn’t handle that, they shouldn’t have had a baby.

Grandma, his mom, had a genuine reaction. Tears immediately flowing, voice breaking, everything. I don't think a Hollywood actress could do that level of pure reaction. So my opinion is grandma is 100% shocked and heartbroken that her son did this. Girlfriend on the other hand: the delayed "what", the overplayed body language, mimicking other people...she totally knew.

I got confirmation from someone who saw this episode that both Nick and Jasmine are both in jail right now, Nick got convicted of Child Abuse and Endangering the welfare of a child and Jasmine got convicted of the same charges plus falsifying child abuse reports. Nick got 25 years no parole.

Honestly, my youngest niece right now is almost 3 months old. She is my 9th niece/nephew. Ever since she was born, shes been trying to hold her head up. She loves to sit up, not lay down. She throws herself and shes starting to grab things, try to roll over and everything else. I've never seen it before until she was born. It honestly scares me 😂
