I've been told by my Spanish compadre that either Denia, Moraira, Altea are great places to buy a a property, I'm looking forward to a near future trip to vist and explore before deciding where to buy :) I enjoy your videos very much and are subscribed. Keep up the great work! Feliz Navidad!🍷
Yes, he is right, best area is between Altea and Denia. I would narrow it to between Calpe and Javea :) Thank you for the good words! I am glad that my videos are useful! Feliz Navidad!
This town can not be compared with the area mentioned above. But it depends on what you are looking for, Villajoyosa also has a lot of sunny days per year, beaches, sea and is much cheaper :) Check these videos to have a better idea: ua-cam.com/video/GX2EnN-GycI/v-deo.html ua-cam.com/video/3aeSNV1Rwbw/v-deo.html
@@PlacesandBeaches You are awesome! I may buy a piece of land with buildable allowance to build something small for myself in the near future. I'll keep searching the area between those you previously mentioned and between Denia and Santa Pola as I just saw some other interesting and affordable lots available. I also registered on idealista to keep me on the loop. Thank you!
We are very interested in your videos regarding waterfront communities in Spain, but have been "put off" by the constant buffering of any video resolution above 480p. We would like to see a higher quality video picture so we can better see details, etc., as we are planning an extended trip from home (in Texas USA) to the southern coast of Spain in September. I am not sure how you can make YT settings so as to improve the video quality for long-distance viewers, but we hope you will look into that and make some improvements if possible. Thank you.
All my videos are filmed in 4K 60FPS (best quality possible) Please check the link below and let me know if this helped: support.google.com/youtube/answer/91449?hl=en
@@PlacesandBeaches Yes, thank you for your prompt response. The link is not particularly helpful, as it is clear you film the videos in 4k, but the buffering problem happens whenever I set a playback video resolution higher than the YT "auto" setting of 480p. My internet speed is 500 Mbs, so that isn't an issue, and this particular problem doesn't seem to manifest on other YT videos by others set at (for example) 1080p or above. Do you know if YT places your uploads on a server located in Europe? If so, maybe the sheer distance that the data has to travel to my PC is causing this problem? Also, if so, is it possible for you to request your video uploads to be available on other servers located in the USA and maybe other regions you want to reach?
I upload the videos to youtube, I don't keep them on my servers. It is strange that you have this issue only with my videos. Have you tried to access my videos on other devices or with another ISP, same results? For example instead of using your WiFi, to use your mobile data.

I see. Let me know if you have any questions. Good luck with your search!
Was looking at properties in Denia, Altea last year. Very impressive towns...
I agree, my favorite area in Spain is the coast starting in Denia and ending in Altea :)
@@PlacesandBeaches True, great places to moor the Princess 43. (hopping to the Balearics).
Just checked Princess 43, a nice boat :)
Great video. I noticed much of Denia seems to be without cars. Are there car-free zones?
Thank you! Yes, there are many car free zones in Denia, such as old town, the promenade and the marina
Hey I just find out that I’m in the video hahahaha, minute 29:47 I’m the one at the bank on the left side with the notebook.
Haha :) Do you want me to blur your face or you want to be a part of the history? :)
Actually I have checked the video an I can not see your face :)

Por favor en ESPAÑOL
Te refieres al titulo en español? No hay nada que traducir en el video :)
Dann müsste ich schon völlig verblödet sein. Seit etlichen Jahren habe ich Tinnitus.
