I found your video and it helped me out. I have model rf32fmmqdbsr/aa and displayed the exact error. I could not find the error anywhere on the Internet. Everything I found about FF code talks about replacing the control board or unplug for hours to clear up the error. Nothing about it in the manual either. So, thank you very much for assisting me with fixing the error.
I have the 4 door flex zone model RF28K9070SR and for some reason the freezer is set to -2, shows -10 on display, but actual temp is around 22-23 F. The fridge is set to 36 F and that temp is spot on when I check. I removed the back panel and vacuumed out a lot of dust, but still same issue after powering it back on.
My 4 year old fridge had this error code, I tried this and it started cooling! Thank you 🙏🏽

We have the same fridge & read through the manuals, watched their videos but none of it explained how to actually turn it on if it’s on demo mode, called bestbuy cos that’s where we got it from but they don’t know either. They just delivered our fridge and didn’t even set it up to work. I looked through everywhere but didn’t find the same model fridge till now. 🤧

My freezer isn’t cooling enough
lol..... this was great! I just purchased a new Samsung refrigerator, delivered last night, today it stopped working. We were told a tech would come out next week. Ugh.... stocked with thanksgiving food too!! We called Costco and they’re calling Samsung to see if they can get a tech earlier. Great video unfortunately, not the one for me. 😣😭😭 I’m still on my search! Wish me luck!

Did you get it fixed or did Costco take it back? We bought ours from Costco since they have such a great return policy
@@cdgmalone since I bought it online, they said if I returned it, it would take a week to come out and pick up and they are unsure when I would get a replacement (IF I would get a replacement ) because they only had so many. So we went to Home Depot and they price matched it. Delivered it in a week. Then we called Costco to come pick up. 🤷🏻♀️ At least we have a working refrigerator now.

"Freezer"
"Alarm"
"Fridge"
Same process though. Just hold them down until the ding-a-ling goes off!

I tried it but it didn’t work my freezer isn’t cooling and I reset it how you did and the freezer keeps going back to -2 but isn’t cooling at all. It’s been 3 days.
Ours didn't have an error code, but it wasn't cooling on either side. Tried this and waiting to see! Thanks for your time!

I am experiencing the same issue. I don't have an error code besides the filter blinking but it has been replaced. I still can't get the refrigerator or freezer to get cold or work. Any suggestions???

Once you figured it out how long did it take to actually get cold and for your freezer to actually get cold
I noticed almost right away. If it's not noticeably cooler w/in 10 minutes then you may need to redue the steps.

There is a temperature setting for the freezer you might want to check it to make sure it’s down about 0°. You will have to make adjustments on the screen to do this
Take a look at this manual maybe it will help you out. It could be just a programming issue

Man it’s crazy. I hope you don’t have a bad ice maker like I have. It froze over 2x’s had to take everything out. Which luckily we Still had our old one. Put everything in it and let the Samsung icemaker thaw out. The second time it no longer makes ice. Which is why we decided to get rid of the other one because it broke as well.
It didn’t work for me 😭😭 I did as per instructions and the temperature numbers just dissapered :(((

Your freezer is what Keeps the refrigerator side cold. Check to make sure that you don’t have anything blocking the vent. Also there is a setting for your refrigerator temperature I would start there first it needs to be about 34°

Samsung sucks really. bought a brand new refrigerator from Home Depot and 2 months later not cooling, panel not responding and no ice in ice maker. I do not have FF issue. Anyway, it is been week and a half and no luck with Samsung, their supported technician. Done with buying any Samsung product in the future.
Man there Customer Service does suck.

They’re washer is the same. Junk. It literally rusted out the fabric softener spout.
Also, our ice maker lasted 4 months before it froze over solid.
Samsung sucks at appliances. I will never buy another.
