Yes, if you have multiple user accounts on your computer you need to login with main user which has all admin access and then delete the folders

I am guessing you might have not seen the installation steps after clicking on installation .exe file. If thats the case then please wait for some time to get it ooen. As it's a big application it may take few mins to start the installation. Watch my video on how install. That may help you

This means its been used by some application in your system.
Simple solution is restart your system, so that all your applications will be closed and u will be able to delete it

What kind of folder you see?. If it's empty folder you can simply delete it.
Please note, in this video I have explained uninstallation of oracle database. If you are using any other oracle tool/software those will still be there in your system and need to Uninstall separately.

If it's still a issue follow below steps,
Press window button, search for START MENU , open it and there you may see thoses folders which you are seeing in start menu. You can simply delete those.

@@mahiit0333 INS - 20802 Oracle Net Configuration Assistant Failed. this has been the issu i am getting about 4 times i tried and i even rest my PC to factory default but i am still getting the same error. but i hvae Oracle Virtualbox and it works perfectly on that. i have removed the oracle VM virutal box first anf reset to factory default tried this way still getting an error.

This can be solved by restarting your system.
Usually this happens because some background apps or process might be using those services which are not known to you. So when you restart your system this problem will be solved.
