If your setup is not showing a pop installation window:
Make sure that the folder which contains your setup.exe file does not have any spaces in its name.

If it's not resolved yet, try using combination of upper and lower case alpahabates, few numbers and special characters in your password. That should resolve the issue
hi, in the command prompt, while connecting to sqlplus-after entering the password it showing "
ORA-12543: TNS:destination host unreachable", help me out!!
Have you updated the TNS file?
After entering username in command prompt it is promoting a message like enter password:
Like this.While i am trying to enter password it is not allowing me to enter.Plesae help me with this issue
And it is throwing error like : could not resolve the connect identifier specified
Just enter a password and click ENTER.
The password will not be visible as you type, but whatever you type it will accept.
Just make sure you type the correct password.
You can also try alternate way to login
Just run the below command by adding your username and password
'Sqlplus username/password@localhost:1521/orclpdb'
(Note: Don't add inverted comma ')

It's a big application and may take few minutes to start (Around 2-3 minutes if opening it first time, so be patient),
Also note the following points and try it again,
1. There should not be any white spaces in folder name or in the path where you stored your setup.exe file
2. Try keeping the path as short as possible( Meaning don't create multiple folders inside folders).
3. Try closing other running applications if any, as it would help reducing the use of RAM and processor.
3. If any window pops up when running setup.exe, click on 'Yes' option
If you follow this, I m sure your problem will be resolved.
What is orclpdb?
It's the pluggable database which comes up with oracle 19c. You can access the HR schema from this pluggable database
It ask me (please specify the path to the Java JDk home)

Hey, sry for delay buddy.
Have you installed the Java on your system? You can check it as below,
Open a command window and type command ' Java --version'. if it shows Java version that means Java has installed and you can check the path in environment variable. Follow below steps,
Type 'Environment variables ' in window search, open environment variables, there you will see one Path variable, Just select that and click on edit you will see the Java path.
Else, if you see 'Java is not recognized as a command' in command prompt that means you have to install the Java first.
Let me know if this helps.
Usually, when you install Java, path will be set automatically and doesn't needs to set manually.
^c is not working showing as unknown command
Which command not working? DB installation successfully completed? If yes, try restarting your system once. It will autostart the oracle services. Then run the command
how to know username
Username such as 'SYSTEM'/'SYS', 'HR' are by default provided by Oracle. Apart from these if you want to create any other username you can create by following command,
Create user user_name identified by password ;
User_name is any user name you want.
Password is the password you want set for login into that user.
