Open Command Prompt as Administrator. 2. Type "net LOCALGROUP" - you will get all the groups in your local group. Net group will give you an error. You need to use _localgroup_ 3. Type "net localgroup 'groupname' /delete" where groupname is the name of the group you wish to delete. You can download a virtual "local user and group" from this link github.com/proviq/lusrmgr/releases . Download the lusrmgr.exe file and delete the 14 groups of oracle present in the user. Hope this helps.

Open cmd as administrator and run the following:
1- net localgroup
2- net localgroup GroupName /delete

In "App" folder, "admin" folder didn't delete from my laptop. I tried everything that you suggested in the video. What should I do now to delete it.
