Thank you sooo much. The firewall of Windows blocked part of the installation and it has been installed in a bad way, so I needed to uninstall it. Because of the bad installing, the uninstalling haven't done succesfully because, when I have tried to install the Oracle database again, it showed a phrase that said I already have an Oracle database installed, and I was sooo frustrated. But your video helped me so much... I already can to reinstall the Oracle database, so thank you a lot!!!!!!

Oracle 21c has a deinstaller program. I'm surprised it isn't mentioned. When you configure Oracle 21c there is a Software Location directory given in the install process. The deinstall folder is a subfolder of that directory. The deinstall program will clean up some .Net configuration done by Oracle during the install process and it will also delete the directory and Oracle shortcuts. It will also do the registry clean process described in this video.
In short you are probably better served using the deinstall program supplied by Oracle rather than attempting to do this manually.

I am not able to install oracle database it shows Database software home is already registered in the central inventory. This tool can only be used in a non-registered Database home
If u uninstall properly all the step then it will give u install again for that u can refer my video how to install Oracle

Thanks. Is there no command to run so as to uninstall Database 21c? This manual deletions may lead one to mistakenly delete other programs.
I don't think so is there any command but u can create a job or write shall script so run and it will delete

You go to your Oracle Software home => deinstall\deinstall.exe
It does all the mentioned in this video implicitly + does not require a server reboot
After done the steps u told. I tried to instal again ,it's rolling back now it's bullshit. I can't install oracle now 🤦tf
