Congrats for your channel…amazing. I’ve always liked to combine 2 or more movements on the same exercise (dumbbell / Bodyweight / bands) and finally I found someone expert on this 👏🏻👏🏻

Please bring more of those band workout …..sooo convinient compare to weight training 😊
In my opinion weight training for the entire body is more effective, I find band for lower body way less effective but long band are great for that constant tension in the upperbody especially the shoulders!
@@DANIELPTFITNESS Have you tried supplementing weights with a band? For instance, I have a cheap adjustable barbell but not a lot of weights to put on it. To give it more life, I've started using a band around the handles and my back (I'm between the band and the barbell) for bench presses to increase the effective weight.
Daniel, I have tried the bands and I don’t feel a workout from them . I have several thick types. I just end up going on the treadmill and use dumbbells or kettlebells to feel a workout. 😏
you need to go through 3 times progressing to heavy bands doing the exercises really strict. use it as a warm up.
haha..how can you not feel them? especially with the upper body exercises!!!!
how many calories burned?
What type of bands are you using?
I have the brand fitbeast.
need to update the colors of the bands. doesnt match what you're using on screen
Ofcourse they don’t because the colors represent the resistance of the bands, check the beginning of the workout 😉
Ohh ok, I was a bit confused. Beginning of video shows red, yellow, green. I was thinking you were going to use those same colors of bands as well to show the resistance level. But I think I figured it out
