Some have argued that there is an operational reason behind meals being reheated after the first service (while this might differ from airline to airline). I agree with you however that the FA shouldn’t have snapped at the passenger. It isn’t a good look for the airline. I’m sure some customer service training can remedy this. I just did this mh148 yesterday on the a350 as i fly this flight almost every year and the 350 was so much better than the 330 but you cant beat the landings on the 330 “

No matter how old an aircraft is, there can never be excuses for not maintaining cleanliness. Toilets and toliet floors must be kept really clean. Otherwise the image will shatter. Politeness is also important. Select crews who are able to be pleasant under all circumstances..
The cleanliness of any airplane is judged by its dirtiest toilet. The dirty toilets you highlighted is the standard feature of MH. That is one of the main reasons why I stopped flying with MH.

Actually i love to travel in a Malaysian Airlines (MAS) is safer flight as for cleaning the aircraft they have cleaners to clean and sanitize the aircraft ..

Funnily there was plenty remaining on the checked bag allowance but they were still strict about the fact that I was a few kg over the on-board allowance which is fair enough. Customer service for this sector was amazing. Smiles all around and very attentive service. Can’t say the same for the return sector though sadly. Food was amazing. Hope this helps. character and behavior displayed by crew is largely due to deteriorational education system in the country. generally people of malaysia are in their good behavior brought about by traditional family upbringing.

I don't see why the comment about the pens was necessary, especially in todays economy, it's probably too expensive to hand out free pens to everybody as they are only really useful for a few minutes of the journey and most passengers would leave them behind anyways, I don't think it's that big a deal.
It is a shame that moody crew would ruin a flight. As for #PenGate that is just odd ! Also wondering why the inside of the toilet bowl had to be filmed ?
Moody crew exist on every airline. It’s a bit of a hit or miss when flying. Yeah I was surprised they took the pens back lol. Re the lavatory footage, I felt it I was making bold claim about how filthy the toilets were, I may as well back it up with the footage. But perhaps it was too graphic haha! It seems trivial at first glance, but it is not a good look for a full service carrier. Worst flight meals ever. Why they even bother providing them and save the money for cheapear airfares to become like scoot which i love. Shame that you chosen emergency seat thats opposite toilet .. noisy , traffic and unhygienic section.
@DodoJames-cm4io 0 seconds ago we flow with them once they were late taking off so we missed our connection flight we spent 12 hours of hell at their airport sending us from one counter to another. in our return we found out at the airport our flights were cancelled all together after 16 hours they gave us flights they refused us meals or hotel worse airline ever
