Amazing review mate, I’ve flown QF9 Perth to London direct back in 2019 and i can say it was a very special experience in aviation to be able to leave Perth at dinner time and arrive in London before sunrise!. One i very much recommend you do one day! I am keen to do the domestic international leg too though one day would be amazing if i could find some QF classic reward availability on it! Certainly an interesting experience travelling through an international airport for a flight within Australia’s sovereign territory(s) as i did to Norfolk earlier in the year! Only difference there is if you are travelling to an external territory they are GST free so you are free to buy duty free to take with you!

dude, great video as usual, ive flown this flight back in 2018, and im glad to see that the departures process is more streamlined now, when i flew it we had to have passports and got held up for ages even though we where only going to perth, we ended up running to out gate with our names being called, but hey, i guess its a funny story to tell!!

Great Video mate! I flew on QF3 AKL > SYD last week and found it was really good product aswell, so much better then the 737 service internationally! And the crew were great which is always good
It's really sad that QF has decided to only use that UK based crew for LHR flights. They get paid peanuts. I noticed your meal service was "international", which is different from the domestic boxed meal.
Nice video! It’s a shame Qantas are axing the melbourne leg of this flight soon. The 787 is certainly so much better than the 737 or the domestic a330s.
