+mohit mann no what i do is... if i perform stringent..for chest for 1 excrise sets will be 6-7 for 3-4reps.. if i perform endurance 1excrise sets will be 2-3 for 12-17rips and for muscle making hypotrophy sets will be 4-5 for 5-8 rips.. and u should keep switching between these phases for continue making gains for muscle gain.. thats what im doing.. 1phase should be last for 3-4week.. u cant train in 1phase for life long bcoz body will adapt..
ya thats called cycling but I favor developing one quality for a longer time give it a head start and add other things to mix. I would disagree that you need to switch at all at a begginer level maybe a year later . I would suggest your cycles should be 8 or 12 weeks per phase 4 weeks looks very small to generate results in that specific variable

But Tarun sir , One big dilemma is how to perform Pull Ups ? And its embarrassing to try in gym in front of evry1 knowing you can't do more than 1-2 max . Whats the solution for that , Sir ?

I'm currently 105 kg and trying to loose weight from some time..I wanted to ask that if I eat according to my protein needs I will not be in caloric deficit and gain weight..but if I don't eat enough protein I will not gain muscle.. my goal is to have a good body and not loose skin..plz help

Nice sharing, but not agree with you on replacing trainers or coach. There is no such things in world to replace a human touch and a good trainer or coach is always in demand and needed and paying to them for their service is not waste of money its the investment.
sudhir my friend.. indeed No one can ever replace the place of Guru/ teacher/ Coach in once life.. but you r still the best teacher for urself.. so ur coach may guide u n help (n only if its the right coach in first place, who genuinely care for u) but u need to know as much as possible about the craft that u choose to follow.. So Right information will always help u .. even to find out if ur training is on ryt track..
