I liked the video, as always. But honestly I'd just take a fresh cacao fruit, some fresh dates or apples, and vacuum blend them. I don't like dried foods or powders, I also avoid seeds such as peanuts. Birds are much better at digesting seeds than us.

Keep the good videos!! BTW I made your purple sweet potatoes technique in the instant pot for my boys last night and they were SO good!! We even made sweet potatoes mug “brownies” with the leftovers. Just added raw cocoa powder and dates blended with warm water 😋

As someone who used to sell "Raw, Wild Jungle Peanuts", I can assure you that they are not raw nor wild. None of the nuts sold on the market are raw, they are all roasted. It's just a marketing scheme to charge more. They have to be cooked because most nuts, especially cashews and peanuts, will literally burn your mouth if eaten raw. Also, if nuts are not roasted, they turn to mold after a few days, no matter how you try to store them. Same with cacao beans, powder, and butter. It's all fermented, roasted under high heat, and in the case of butter and powder, highly processed. There is no such thing as "raw" cacao sold on the market, it's all a scam.

Can you please give us some proof? something we can read, studies etc, instead of just believing someone who is stating random info ..I'm not trying to be rude just would like to have some direction as to where I can research this myself, thx.. ✌️🌞

@@loribreese-darling8636 don't have any studies to show, I'm just stating what I saw as a wholesaler of those products for over a decade. Part of my work was traveling the world and visiting farms and seeing how everything was produced and processed to be sold on the market. Wholesalers label something as "raw" to mark up the prices and sell to people who just don't know any better. I used to believe the lie as well until I got into the business and saw the reality.

@@tiggyriggy same everywhere, when it comes to nuts(and many other products), "raw" is just a marketing scheme.

When you interviewed several raw vegans, (10 years ago) and asked them about what raw foods NOT to eat, weren't cacao and jungle peanuts on that list? I guess you didn't agree? Avocado David Wolfe would say cacao is good.
