I went before the cross and was saved 6-22-19 and set free from my sinful past. now I go to church 3 times a week, once on wednesday and twice on sunday and strive to share my testimony with anyone that will listen so that they may find encouragement to be saved as well

Laura Street well my spiritual hunger wasn’t being fulfilled at the church I was at and I wasn’t okay with the pastor or visiting pastors being comfortable with using foul and perverse language in the building and behind the pulpit and so I let God lead me to a new church where I’m getting spiritually fed every Sunday and receiving nothing but love. The lead pastor wants to baptize me but before that, he wants me to attend a couple 411 classes to gain an understanding of what responsibilities follow because my baptism will allow me to actually participate in meetings with the elders to discuss finances and decisions on changes plus I’ll be able to participate in different roles from greeting to operating the control room (projector, sound and sanctuary lighting). I feel great being on fire for the love of Christ and not being forced to live in a constant state of repentance
I grew up singing this song & wow, singing this song without instruments is so powerful! those voices sounded like angels! who ever hit dislike, JESUS loves you & He died for you... You never know, this song will be your testimony soon :) I pray that you will see the light! aaaaaah! i can scream all day saying I LOVE MY DADDY JESUS!
Its my favorite song too. God's love truly never fails.. He did a lot of suffering for our sake. and that suffering is the reason why we are saved. I can just thank Him and worship Him for everything He has done for me.

Salvation is of the most importance so you do not die without knowing Jesus as your Saviour because if you don't Jesus as your Saviour you will spend eternity in Hell, you can't earn your way into Heaven the only way to get there is by knowing and accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour. The letters in red in the Holy Bible, King James Version which are printed as so state "no man cometh unto the father but by me" (referring to Jesus) also in the Holy Bible, K.J.V., the living word of God, Roman's 3:23 "For the wages of sin is death but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord". Hearing these old hymns reminds me of my granny playing the piano in church!!! Oh how thankful I am for what she did in sharing Jesus with us!! I strayed away for a LONG TIME but came back and am trying to do the same with our children and grandchildren!!

As I resume my walk with God after a couple of decades hiatus, I am searching for all the old school hymns from the 70s and 80s. If anyone can recommend where I may find some, that would be appreciated. This was one of my faves and takes me to more peaceful times.
