- This is a quick way to finish drywall ceilings. Columbia Fat Boy Flat Finishing Box and Using a skimming blade to follow behind is a great idea. Some people don't follow behind their box, but i find it squeezes any bubbles out and makes it flat, smoother and easier to sand. Why the big gap? we are having cornice going around the perimeter so 90mm inside corners of ceilings and walls is covered so no need to finish that big gap above the top sheet. Makes it very fast to finish. Stay tuned for us to install this cornice with the cornice mud applicator and compound tube.

Recommend u put pump in a bucket of clean water . Stops drying out n easier to clean .

If you set the boxes up right you don't need to go over them with a blade.
