Thanks so much for asking. Like many places there are some good areas and some bad areas but here in Martin county (Stuart) the crime is t that bad at all. Where is the beach in the clip you showed? We’ve went from St Augustine to Vero Beach. So far, I haven’t found that little beach town feel that we are looking for? We did like South Melbourne but can’t afford anything close enough to the beach?

Hello Chris. I will relocate my family to Florida, Martin County, hopefully in the next 2-4 months. Am I able to negotiate a pool with a new construction home? or, Do any new homes include a pool?
