Driver5: Captain Chris is one of my favorites, he and Alyse are a great team. I think everyone had a good time. Thank you for mentioning Captain Chris.
Jeff, LOVED the shirt you were wearing! Loved seeing the walk-thru of Trawlerfest in Stuart! (I left my heart & last trawler in Stuart in 2005). Hope to right that wrong soon!
@@JeffMerrillYachts, Jeff, thanks for calling that to my attention! I love Anacortes! Dang, I have a surgery next month & with luck might be able to make it to Baltimore this fall!
Thanks Jeff. Short of the seminars, this is as good as it gets without being there physically. To top it in the future, you can bring us on board some popular boats virtually.
@@JeffMerrillYachts its always a pleasant time at the trawlerfest, but I have to prepare for the trip to Turkey in May. There is always another one for me. No, I'll skip this one. Enjoy Anacortes.😀
Hi Jeff! Andrea and I really wanted to come to Trawler Fest but we just moved to San Diego and had a lot going on… Maybe next year…hope y’all are doing great!
I was enjoying your video Jeff but didn't see any nordhavn or outer reef yachts which ATM I am extremely interested in, despite this it was an interesting tour!
John: Unfortunately, there were a lot of major brands who did not have new or used trawlers to show. It's tough, brokers would love to have trawlers on display, but in this market if it's listed for sale it seems to sell very quickly. Nordhavn and Outer Reef are both great brands, at least Kadey-Krogen and Fleming were in attendance!
Clean: TrawlerFest.com will be updated with the list of exhibitors and it will become more accurate as we get closer to the show. JMYS intends to have a Nordhavn 50 and Selene 55 available at the display docks, but I can't speak for other brokers. Come on over and say hello!
It is actually a Jarvis Newman 46, finished off by Lee Wilbur. Unfortunately, the 3rd or 4th owner extended the house. She was Owned by Billy Joel at one time, then MBNA as a corporate entertaining boat in Camden Maine. I may have shown you the one MBNA built on a Wesmac 50 hull at Wilbur as a successor when you were in Hobe Sound last year. Best, Maldwin
@@maldwindrummond6158 Hi Maldwin, it sure is a good looking boat, thank you for the clarification and it was great to see you - thank you for stopping by!
Mcanning51: For the past couple of years the FL edition has been in Stuart. There is one next month (May 2022) in Anacortes, WA and also one in Baltimore later this year. Not sure where you live - go to www.trawlerfest.com and hopefully we will see you at one of the events.
Brad: I know, I don't have an inside voice. My enthusiasm is loud - can't seem to control or modulate it. All I can suggest is turn the volume off and enjoy the scenery.
Steve: Wish I could give it back to you. Many other people have enjoyed it, but I can't please everyone. I think the title is an apt description of what was presented so don't know what you expected. Thank you for watching .
Thanks for the show Jeff. Blessings to you and yours and all of us.
Mike: Thank you very much!
Captain Chris is a good guy and just like you gives great tips and information glad you guys had a great time at the show

Thanks for this great video
John: Thank you for watching and commenting!
Thanks Jeff! Almost like being there!
Sven: Thank you, it is so much fun to attend these events and a short video can not capture the vibe, you have to be there to fully appreciate it.
Awesome wish I had known this was going on wife and I might have made it there.. Have fun looks like a great fest!!
Wander: It was a fun event, the people are always what makes it special. Catch the next one in Anacortes, WA!
cool stuff
Mfhairstream: Fun event, come do it next year!

Bernard: Nice to see your name again! I might be able to get on a few trawlers at the next event in Anacortes, WA this May. Are you going to attend?

@@JeffMerrillYachts yes I did notice Jeff, travelling is not a option for me ATM but I am still interested in either an outer reef or a nordhavn 60.
Lekker man lekker 🇿🇦

How many boats are expected for the show this year?

Last boat is a new Wheeler built in Maine in Southwest Harbor. Brookline Boat Yard.
Bear: Thank you, I meant to go back to fill that in!

No Defevers!
Steve: No DeFevers, not many trawlers...
I don’t think you’re always aware of that that you’re shouting I’m doing you a favor by telling you please don’t shout please be self-aware
Brad: I get it. My hearing is not great so I can't tell my volume. Thanks for your note and for watching.
Didn’t want a video of the resort.
Bill: Kind of hard to show the event without showing the resort
