Jennifer, this video is so great! Thank you so much! It shows so many things you can do with the machine! We loved being able to have the machine made for us in our colors with all the features we wanted! Thank you for showing our lovely crafty fans how easy it is to use. And thanks so much to everyone who made such nice comments. It's a huge investment for a small company to have a machine custom made the reception has been incredible! Although the switches and dial are not unique to just this machine, we love that the machine is in our custom colors, that we were able to add extras like the huge die set, and that you can speak to a customer service rep here at our facility any time you need help. Thanks for supporting small business with your talent, Jennifer! You're amazing!

Gina, I do hate to horn in here, but I just had to butt in long enough to tell you one thing: I started watching the video before looking at the comments and when Jennifer said that she had instructions on her website but the manual is highly detailed and has all the information they will need, this was my thought: "Of course it is. It's Gina K. I'll bet the manual is detailed, informative and concise because she's thoroughly tested everything. I discovered you and Jennifer 12-15 yrs ago and you are both so relentless in your pursuit of excellence and yet still without equal when it comes to showing the utterly untalented among us how to make beautiful things. I am quite certain that I am not alone in this opinion. Whenever I hear the name Gina K or Jennifer McGuire I know, without question, that it's Quality. Thank you for that, and for always working to help others to make our worlds more colorful and help us to build confidence in our own talents thru your rock solid teaching. THANK YOU. :)

Now THIS new product is truly a game changer! All thickness adjustments built into the machine…no more complicated sandwiches, shims, plates, etc.to keep track of and store. Built-in storage, suction cups to hold the machine in place…and it works with other systems!
Gina and her team really took their time and thought this through to pack in as many useful features as possible and to address some real pain points of die cutting machines.

Yes the wrmk evo adv is identical to this one and I loved it and through two of them during a 4 yr span (had the electric motor attachment) but the internal gears for the adjustment dial locked and stayed locked in 1 position. The “A” plate was the best as you could die cut and emboss in one pass! I NEVER GOT WARPING ON ANY PLATES. But eventually got a Gemini junior which cuts great but I’ve always hated using “sandwiches” so maybe I will try this brand.

Just watched Gina….as you fold down the arms, LOCK IN the arms….it locks the bottom suction cups into place so it won’t slide on all work surfaces, not just a glass surface. I felt this was key in using the new machine correctly. Thank you for all the additional trials and learning curves you shared with us. What a truly versatile machine…and you figured out the details for us! Thank you 🙏 🥰 ❤️

    • @DonnaJo3452
      @DonnaJo3452 Рік тому

When you fold out the arms that suctions the machine to whatever surface it’s on. You do not have to lock the supports in place for the suction to work. I don’t own this machine, but I watched Jennifer‘s video as well as a couple of others and they all said the same. No need to lock the sides in place. I suppose some may not work properly. It would be hard to understand if they were all three wrong.

I'm really happy with it, and I'm even happier to have this video to show me the right way to use it. It embosses really nicely. I die cut just this morning for the first time and on one run through I goofed and had the sandwich wrong and cut into the platform. Yikes. At least it was only once and now I know there are a few ways to build the sandwich and get the correct side up.

The machine is a lot like the original cuttlebug, with a few modifications. The suction and the folding sides are what kept me using my cuttlebug long after others were using other machines. And since I’m a ‘rule breaker’, I found using a piece of clear vinyl like ppl used to cover their ‘good sofas’ with between my dies and top plate has done wonders to save my plates. It doesn’t work with every die, but it does with 90% of them. Love your product review videos! Helps to understand exactly how things work in the real world before investing money in more ‘product’.

Thanks for this video. I actually bought a Bira die cut machine off the big A some years back when I first got into embossing so it's nice to see someone branded it in a more familiar name so many others can benefit from the great features.

I also have a Bira and other than the color it does everything Gina's machine does, even the instructions for use are the same. Love mine!

Jennifer your video is amazing for me that you are sharing all of your knowledge to make my creations simpler! Thank You so much. Now I will need to purchase the black soft pad to make impressions. What a fantastic way to utilize all of my tools! The soft Stencils that I color can now make impressions!!! I'm Grateful that you are part of the Gina K. Team! XOXOXOXO

I've just recently started card making and bought the Platinum 6. I have been considering buying this machine because I bought a few embossing folders that I've had a really hard time with. Based on your demonstration it looks like it might be a worthwhile investment and would end any confusion with the embossing folders. Thank you!

Wow! I learned so much and this sounds like a boon to someone like me, still using my trusty but discontinued Cuttlebug. My experiment with a pricey, highly recommended electric machine was a disaster with broken and/or uselessly warped plates. I don't use it. And I have a mini/table top Tim Holtz die cutter, limited as to size but extemely handy for small things. I'm afraid to even try 3D folders in the Cuttlebug -- but I drool over them. Thank you for the time you put into these valuable videos, particularly this which sounds like it would be extemely versatile and almost idiot-proof..

Love this idea reinvented …I’m just hoping that a electric feed one is invented that will self adjust so you just need 1 platform die or folder and a paper 🥰 Go for it Jennifer you can do it!

Love this machine.. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 😍 but I can’t buy yet due to budget. One day & hopefully get more stock if this sold out.
Question: can this machine runs wool felt with a die cuts? Or do you have to use the shim to get the good impression(holes) to make stitches (like embroidery).
Thank you for sharing! Hope this helps and hopefully to hear about the wool felt to run through this machine. Thank you! ☺️

Was wondering who and when this machine would be made again! I love my WRMK Evolution Advanced and have been using it for more than 12 years. Now I'll be able to get replacement pads and platforms easier! Gina's a smart cookie, I wish I had been able to buy the design from WRMK, it's truly always been a winner 👍🏻😎 I even have the letterpress kit and the magnetic platform etc, and they still work perfect - smart, very smart! ❤

I really can't stand trying to find the right plates/thicknesses I need in which machine to emboss with dies or folders. I wonder if this is usable for hot foiling too? I think this is worthwhile to sit right next to my Empress, it's unique and solves and issue!
