We recommend working with a good realtor that knows the Queretaro market well and knows how to help you find rentals without needing an aval- which is a cosigner in Mexico that usually has to be Mexican and own property in Mexico. I went to Queretaro for vacation last Augsut and I fell in love with the place. I would love to have a second home there to vacation when needed. The weather is perfect there.
Some houses in Queretaro have AC and some do not. If it's important to you, then it should be on your list of questions to ask before signing a lease :) Also keep in mind that running an AC in Mexico can make your electricity bills increase a lot. But for some people who can't deal with an 85 degree day in their house, it's worth it.

She doesn’t have health insurance at the moment. She pays for everything out of pocket 😉
