I have to say it was homeopathy that got me out of bed.. it saved my life.. it works slowly and in layers..it sounds like you are in good hands. All the best.

Kafka Lee yes homeopathy works very effectively, but the problem is getting the right homeopath the has a good understanding of the remedies and just as important is the dose.🙏🏻 If you get the person on the correct remedy and does number then it can be amazing. It is the opposite to drugs.. it works slowly getting the body to begging the healing. It got me out of bed to part time.

Hey Jack. Steve here in Vancouver Canada. Just wondering when you will do another video update or if you are able too. I have been following along being couchbound and housebound myself. I have a lot of cfs videos myself but have yet to post on UA-cam but would if you think they may be of help. Anyways cheers. PS my Dads from Plymouth and being Canadian I miss the UK and the pub life when I visit!

Very informative video Jack, thanks for documenting your journey. I’ve had ME for 3 years and you are far more knowledgable. I tried all I could thing of for 2 years and then admitted defeat to a certain extent.
Good call with the digital detox.
    Get well soon!

I can relate to a lot of what you said..I love my naturopath, but I have worked with her off and on for over 3 yrs and very little difference in my health. I know she wants to help, but I feel she cant. I did Ozone IVs for 6 months and really saw no improvement. I'm working with a different naturopath and doing some homeopathics. They are inexpensive, so I thought it was worth a try. I agree about taking time off, sometimes doing so can calm the nervous system even more. I like the Optimsl Health Clinic approach to working hard on recovery 5 days a week( like a job) and then taking two days off( like you said not going anything crazy, but just taking that small break).

Thank you so much Kathy! :) I'm glad you are moving onto a new homeopath. Yeah it can be super hard to let go of someone who you've trusted for months / years. Looking forward to seeing how your homeopathics go! Yeah I need to get back on with Dan's programme, just so many other things to take care of first, and as you say I felt like I was burning myself out too, definitely needed a day or two every week just to relax a little. Thanks again Kathy! :)

Hi Have you tried arsenicum album homeopathic medicine for the diarrhea? I believe that it's the first remedy for that issue. It has other benefits but it helps with that issue and the pain and anxiety. I also find activated charcoal to help but the only downside is the depletion. For me with the lung issues Codonopsis or red ginseng helps. Hope this helps.

I'll ask my homeopath, I'm sure she's given me something for the diarrhoea. Yeah I wasn't tolerating activated charcoal but I might try it again! Thanks for the suggestions though, I'll run them by my homeopath!

@@jacksrecoverycfs4643 Yes activated charcoal is rough sometimes. If you are able to find coconut activated charcoal is much easier than the regular activated charcoal. You're welcome. Hope everything works out well for you. Hang in there!

Have you done the mostly raw vegan diet? I recovered after 5 years on it. Im in a relapse 7 years later and aiming to get back on it.
