    Government is not providing basic amenities in SUNNY ENCLAVE, And people feel very bad who have purchased there plots in SUNNY ENCLAVE area.

    helo sir my plot is in punjab, and mene registery plot ki 2018 ma krvali thi....uss tym registery, farad, niklvali thi byt possession letter k bare m pta nahi tha....naa builders ne bataya...ab mne vaha boundry wall krvana ha to vo bolre ha ki NOC lekr ao..Jb head ofc gya unke ab vo bolre ha apki trf se IFMS charges nd maintaince charges due ha vo pay kro....and NOC he letter of possession hoti ha..pls guide

    Namaste Mohali ji. Registry mein agar 20,000 se zayeda cash diya ho. aur woh likha ho - toh kya registry mein kuch problem ho sakti hai? Maine flat liya tha aur advance token 1lakh diya tha. Toh registry mein wohi mention hogaya aur registry hogayi. Kya aage is se problem ho sakti hai?
