Im a Pennsylvanian we normally say the abbreviation PA instead of Pennsylvania and PA drivers have the highest chances of hitting a deer while behind the wheel.

There are way to many deer in PA, at least in the lower west side of it. And it just gets kinda taxing to constantly actually say Pennsylvania, so much easier just to say PA

Once we were driving home from Bedford, PA. Our suburban hit a deer ON THE LITERAL HIGHWAY (I’m pretty sure I-99), and we had to pull off and our dad was in a different vehicle and he picked us up. And one morning, when my mom left for work, her Volkswagen crashed into a deer ON OUR ROAD! (I didn’t know the exact spot but it was close to our house)

Not only is the world's oldest rollercoaster in PA, it is also home to the very first rollercoaster to appear in America. In 1873, the gravity-driven Switchback Railroad of Mauch Chunk, now Jim Thorpe, re-fitted its coal cars to carry people. Until its closure in 1929, passengers were regularly terrified out of their wits when the engineer let off the brake to reach downhill speeds of 60 MPH. For many years, it was said that a nurse was always stationed at the bottom of the run with smelling salts to revive overwhelmed Victorian women. Enterprising young residents hiked the rails daily, and thus began a suspicious boom in the second-hand hat trade. You can still hike much of this beautiful trail today!

Lord's Valley, Dingmans Ferry, Blooming Grove, & Hawley are some of the names used for where I lived 🤣 Stroudsburg had a pretty big flood 10+ years ago. Bushkill Falls & Pocono Mountains were big tourists spots. That area was also where many NY & NJ rich ppl had summer homes. Breaking Benjamin is from Wilkes-Barre, PA is right next to Scranton. The now gone Bethlehem Steel building was where Transformers: The Revenge of the Fallen was filmed at before it was destroyed. Eastern State Pen in Philadelphia, PA is the East Coast version of Alcatraz & is used for historic tours year round but during the Halloween season it also becomes a haunted attraction.

In PA you can now buy beer and wine at grocery stores and some gas stations/convenience stores. You still have to buy liquor from the state stores. And you can still buy wine there too

I would gladly watch every single state and country and area and whatever else people call their giant areas of land. I am a native Pennsylvanian, boring state all in all. Kennet square smells terrible due to the mushroom farms. Sorry to all the kennet square folk, but it's rough driving through it.

Don't worry, I watched the entire vid. Not gonna be too nit picky as someone bred, born, raised and resided in the Commonwealth my entire 59 years, but... absolutely correct on Three Mile Island, and there are no doubt thousands of pics you could have used, the pic you chose is not of TMI, I used to live 2 miles from 3 mile island. As someone mentioned, Hershey Foods was founded in and remains in Hershey PA, about a 10 minute drive from Harrisburg. And the Leap the Dips coaster is at Lakemont Park, in Altoona PA. It is 100+ years old and while not fast, it's scary. Unfortunately all ride at Lakemont are closed this year and will probably be moving forward until a weathly benefactor (eh um, talking to you HERCO) steps in. Lakemont cannot afford the insurance coverage. Until someone can, the Leap the Dips will just sit there and rot away........alas
