It surprises me how versatile in her cooking Sarah is, she goes from plain down home meals lik e, chicken and rice so, hamburger sliders, chili, etc etc. Then all of a sudden Sarah’s cooking things like these crab Rangoons! It has been ages since I had crab rangoon. I think I'll make this for the holiday season and add green scallions into the crab and cream cheese mixture and add sriracha to the dipping sauce. Thank you so much for sharing this with us.

I think at the Chinese Restaurant we go to, they use about 1 oz of imitation crab for a pound of cream cheese. lol Just a bit light on the meat they are.

I make these too. My filling is cream cheese, fake crab meat, and a bunch if chopped green onions. It tastes better if you let it mix overnight. I make an easy dipping sauce with orange marmalade with white horseradish. Thats it, two ingredients. Its amazing - sweet with a bit of heat. Wish I had some now!

Pro hack. Use puff pastry instead of wonton wrap. Someone made crab ragoon puffs for New year's Eve and made it this way. It was so good 😍!
